It was very clean. Some things need some updating, like the parking lot needs some repair. Some of the power outlet didn't have 3 prongs, but those are minor things. We would stay again.

We loved the accommodations. It was very neat and clean. The beds were so comfortable. Ocean view amazing and furniture! We just loved it and hopefully can plan another trip and would gladly get this same place! I did have a few questions and was responded to immediately! Recommend highly!

Disappointed with cleanliness of this unit. Bedding had strong musty odor and Master bedroom comforter had blood on it. Master shower bathroom felt dirty and shower dripped constantly. Second bedroom still had belongings under bed from last guest. The washer/dryer combo does not work properly.

Key card lockbox a little difficult to find at offsite office, but the sweet neighbor helped. Nice condo, comfortable, great location. Having chairs and beach towels was a big help! Would certainly stay here again.

The location is one of the very best on the island!! The view is fabulous from the balcony…beautiful pool…amazing pier…terrific boardwalk to the beach and the beach has soft sand and comfortable spacing. The condo is very well stocked with kitchen and beach items. We liked the key card system.The condo is in need of some upgrades. The mattresses in the 2nd bedroom need to be replaced. The master mattress is great! The faucet in master bathroom is crudely and you could cut your hand on the spout. Neither sliding door would lock.We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Amelia by the Sea.

The master bathroom shower faucet was covered with a silicone sleeve that was in place when you stayed and will be replaced as soon as the busy summer season allows. Beach view was perfect and unobstructed; condo was convenient to everything; very spacious; both bedrooms basically had en-suite bathrooms. Balcony was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. One suggestion would be to have a few more wine glasses/cocktail type glasses but we had everything we needed for 2 people.

This condo was wonderful. The pictures were exactly what you got. The view from the balcony was amazing. Could watch the sunrise every morning from the balcony. The beds were very comfy. The beach was wonderful and easy to get to. There were several restaurants and places nearby to dine & places to shop for groceries. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning.

Everything was wonderful with comfy beds and common area. The beach gear available was put to good use. Early March meant chili nights and mornings, but we still got our sunburns thanks to the warm sunny afternoons. Access to the beach and pool was great. Lots of eating options in the area. The place across the street was subpar food but sliders further up the road was amazing.

Our host Amy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. My husband loved the sound and view of the ocean from our balcony. We had everything we needed for our comfort. It was also nice to have an elevator to our second floor.
