This beautifully renovated two bedroom/two bath beach condo is located at the boutique Sand Dollar Villas on Amelia Island. Quartzite countertops, marble backsplash, tiled walk-in shower and numerous other amenities add to your beach getaway. Wake up to the sunrise or sleep in with blackout curtains. Having morning coffee or sipping champagne in the evening on your private balcony looking at the ocean is simply delightful. You have easy access to ocean swimming and sunning on the beach or enjoy lounging by the Oceanside pool. This is my so happy place and can be yours too!

This was a great location for our family. Easy access to the beach and pool. The owner also provided beach umbrellas and fun beach toys for the kids which was a surprise we did not know would be there. We had a wonderful vacation and will certainly be back.

We had an awesome time. Brought our granddaughter Amelia and her cousin here to celebrate Amelia's 16th birthday .The accommodations were exactly as advertised. Very well stocked , clean, comfortable and in a great location. Great place to catch the sunrise. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again on our next visit to Amelia Island.

Just a top notch place to stay in Fernandina Beach. Right on the beach and not far from a lot of great restaurants. Also close enough for do a day trip to Jacksonville which we needed to do to visit a relative.it was a very comfortable unit, will organized with a lot of beach stuff including chairs and umbrellas which made our time on the beach even more enjoyable.Much better TV Chanel access than most places I have stayed.The host was just great, always responsive to our questions and he provided some welcoming water and snacks. And microwave popcorn for one of our movie nights. Can't say enough about what a good host he was.Really enjoyed this trip and certainly would go back to this unit.,

Great location! Walked on the beach, found several good restaurants within easy reach, and had no difficulty getting to and from the event I was attending. The unit itself was welcoming and was thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. Brad, the host, was happy to help if I needed anything: communication was perfect.
