The Terraces is a premier Florida beach condo rental! The Terraces at Beachside sits at Main Beach which offers a unique park-like setting, complete with a volley ball court, covered picnic areas and barbeque grills for your convenience. The Terraces at Beachside are the closest oceanfront condos on Amelia Island, FL to Historic Centre Street and the island's Victorian beach town, Fernandina Beach. Historic Fernandina Beach offers many unique shopping and dining experiences for every visitor! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. For the most in comfort and security there are interior halls complete with elevator service and covered parking lots. The Terraces at Beach side is wonderful for a romantic getaway or reserve multiple rooms for that much needed family vacation. Whatever your plans, the Terraces at Beach side is truly a premium Amelia Island resort rental.

Met expectations for a place to stay just to spend time on the beach avoiding huge crowds. The elevator was inoperable for 1 day of our stay but that wasn't a huge deal. Enjoyed our time!

It’s a great property with direct access to the beach. The only complaint I have is parking. They have assigned spots for the units, and someone was parked in our spot the entire stay. Fortunately the property wasn’t completely full, so we parked in other spots, but it was embarrassing when a couple stopped us to let us know we were parked in their spot. We explained and apologized then moved our vehicle.

There was a problem this morning -- starting around 3 AM a noisy electric motor started cycling on and off -- about 12 seconds on and 60 to 120 seconds off. Woke us up and we couldn't get back to sleep. Left early because of this.

Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad.
