We are SO excited to make our little slice of paradise available for you to stay at!

You can't beat the 3 minute walk to the beach that this condo offers. Our 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom second floor consists of 1 king bed room, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 queen pullout sleeper sofa, and is newly updated from top to bottom - just about EVERYTHING in the unit is brand new and waiting for you to use it!

This condo is located in the beautiful Forest Ridge Village community.

Located very close to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and child playground area, you will NOT be disappointed! There is also a community grilling, picnic table, and fire pit area that you can use.

Forgot your beach equipment, towels, sunscreen, goggles, kid swimmies, or even a toothbrush? No problem! We have supplied extras for you to use.

Open the door and connect to the lightning fast WiFi!

Bring your bicycles and you can park/lock them in the bike racks located outside.

Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island has SO MUCH to offer, including mini golf, multiple 18-hole golf courses, historic areas to visit, more restaurants, bars, and shops than you will be able to visit in 1 trip, the cutest downtown you could ever imagine, and much, much more! Many of these amenities are within walking distance to our condo, and all are no more than a short drive away.

Great Stay for our Ladies' Weekend
We're two close friends who enjoyed a long weekend at the property. It was a convenient location, especially if you have a car to get around to groceries, downtown, etc. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool, walking to the beach, and using the umbrella, pool floats, etc. provided. The kitchen was spacious for cooking, and the living room and balcony provided plenty of comfortable space for socializing. Overall, we had a great time!

Great getaway
My girlfriend and I came to Amelia Island because she lived there for a while. This place represented the islands vibe and felt like home. Great value and a nice place to experience Amelia island.

Great stay
We loved our stay in the condo. The location was great and gave us easy access to the beach, pool, and tennis courts. We were able to cook many meals in the condo and were close to several dining options. Clean and spacious for our family vacation. We would stay again if in the area.

Forest Ridge Condos
The owners are very informative and helpful throughout the entire booking, arrival, and check out process. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The complex itself seems old and outdated, but the landscape is full of trees and shade. My only concern was that the location was not 3 minutes in walking distance from the beach. You could not hear the ocean waves nor see the ocean from the condo. It took 5 minutes to walk to the beach and if you are carrying supplies- count on a good 10 minute walk.?It also is not within walking distance to shops or restaurants. The closest restaurant is 1 mile and in Florida’s heat, that isn’t really feasible. It is in a fantastic location for driving to the historic downtown, museum, shops, and restaurants. If you don’t care about an ocean view, then this is a nice place to stay.

Highly recommended.
This condo was a perfect size for our family of 4. It had everything we needed, was extremely quiet - no noise from the neighbours. It’s in a great location with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. Would highly recommend and will likely return. The hosts were great.
