It is bright and spacious, located in the VII. district, the entertainment hub of Budapest, super close to 4/6 tram, Metro 2, bus and trolley-bus stations has a great transportation to reach all the sights! Walking distance to the ruin bar Szimpla Kert, Synagogue, Oktogon, Andrassy Avenue and the popular Gozsdu Courtyard with restaurants, bars, clubs and cafes. Everything you need is just next door.

The apartment is fitted with all 21st century essentials.
Two couples can fit comfortably in the two separate bedrooms (both equipped with king-size beds), one extra person may use very comfy convertible sofa in the living room if necessary. There are 2 bathrooms: one large sized and fully equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine; and the second is medium sized separate guest bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. There is a stylish kitchen and a very spacious living room. Everything is new and waiting for you to enjoy!
The flat is exceptionally quiet due to the triple glazed windows and thick structural walls. Appliances include super fast 500Mbit Wi-Fi, 55” flat-screen TV with more than 120 channels (in several languages) and the Chromecast, air conditioning, safe box, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, electric cooking top, dishwashing machine, toaster, washing machine, coffee machine, high performance boiler for heating and hot water. There is a full set of cooking utensils and dishware.
My apartment is perfect for couples, families with kids, solo adventurers and business travelers.
The flat itself is located on the third floor of a classic building and unfortunately there is no elevator, but believe me it is really worth the small effort! Please note this before booking, I would not want it as a surprise! 😊

I am flexible with check-in and check-out times provided. If you plan to arrive out of hours a small additional fee will be charged (usually around 20 EUR, depending on time of arrival - please contact me for details).
Usually I will meet you and show everything around and would be delighted to recommend the best Budapest has to offer, share my insider’s information of things to see and do from the touristy stuff to more off the beaten track gems.
Otherwise (in case of late/early check-in, etc) I may kindly ask you to manage entering to the premises on your own using the lockbox. Of course I will give you all necessary codes and directions, plus there is a small information booklet left on the kitchen counter, which help you with getting around, public transportation, recommended restaurants and other useful things.

Please also note:

- The keys are magnetic so if you lose them I must order new one which costs 50 EUR
- If you leave the apartment in a bad condition you will be charged extra for cleaning costs (please think about the cleaning lady, she's a human too)
- Absolutely no smoking policy (smoking inside comes with 200 EUR fine)
- No parties or events in the apartment (stag, hen, birthday, graduate, etc.)
- No loud music or shouting
- Guests are not permitted to allow other persons into the apartment
- Guest switching is strictly forbidden
- The person who books must be in present, no agent bookings please
- Please, report any damage immediately so that can be sorted out quickly.

This Property is in a residential building; behaviors that disturb, injure, or interfere with the rights of the neighbors are not acceptable. This point is particularly important and no concessions will be made: Please, pay attention to other residents of the house (no loud music, yelling, trashing in the common areas, etc).
