A must see. Stunning, new home in Ocean View estates/Bethany, just 2.2 miles to Beautiful Bethany Beach. Go North and within 15 minutes you will be at Dewey Beach, then 5 more minutes to Rehoboth Beach. Travel south approximately 10 minutes to Fenwick Island, and 15 more minutes to Ocean City, MD or stay local and within a 5 minute drive to Bethany Beach.

This house is equipped with a stunning furnished open floor plan with a large vaulted ceiling, fireplace and kitchen island makes this comfortable for many to enjoy and gather. This house can accommodate 8 adults and up to 12 guests, it has 4 bedrooms with first floor owners suite.

Outside the house enjoy waking up in the morning and having a cup of your favorite beverage and feel the ocean breeze in the area on the newly designed deck and patio. Firepit available for gatherings with friends and family while also enjoying some grilling.

Auntie & Neice Getaway!

The house was exactly as described on VRBO. It would have been nice to have a bit more info on how to operate the TV, Alarm system & fans, heating & air system...but we managed. 4 heads better than one :-) overall we figured it out. But that did not take away from the house at ALL It was CLEAN..The neighbors were so friendly. We will be BACK!! Soon! :-)

Beautiful home near Bethany Beach

This modern, comfortable home was a great location for us to explore Bethany and Rehoboth Beach! It was a short drive to beaches and shops.

Great short vacay

Property was very well taken care of and plenty of room. Owners were very responsive-initially when we arrived the water w as shut off but the owner immediately called the water dept to fix the problem and offered a refund. I would rent again

Nice stay

We had a nice time at this property. It was very clean and the photos do it justice. However, we felt it was a little ridiculous that we needed to bring our own shower towels and covers. Also, the 10am check-out time and 4pm check-in time really allowed for minimal time in the property. We would suggest extending check-out until at least 10:30.

Gorgeous and spacious vacation home

This house is beautiful! My family and I had plenty of room to gather and lounge, and it was hard to remember to take advantage of the proximity to boardwalk and other amenities. We just wanted to enjoy the house! What a nice problem to have. Very quiet neighborhood too. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Home for Family Vacation

This was a great house for my family and our dog. Everyone had a great time. It was extremely clean, spacious and beautiful. It’s located in a nice peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It’s a good area to go for walks. Theres a short drive to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Home, Quick Drive to Ocean

A great property in nice neighborhood. It was a close drive to the beach and a perfect neighborhood for biking or walking around. I stayed there with a larger family group and the living area was big enough that we could all cook dinner and play games every night. It worked out really well for us.

Nice stay...could be better

The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10 adults. The backyard also had a seating area with a fire pit that we used to hang out in the evenings. We would have liked to have basic essentials such as hand soap in the bathrooms etc.

The Best Christmas Present

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity of the house was ideal to many fun amenities of Bethany Beach. Beach, shopping, mini golf, ice cream, boating, bike trails and of course delicious restaurants. The cleanliness of the house was superb. Thank you!!

Fit the Bill Again!

We stayed at this property when my father turned 80 and decided to come back when my mother turned 80. It was even better the 2nd time. Perfect set up for a gathering for a family of 8 that required 5 bedrooms. Great home. Great experience! Thanks

Great property

Beautiful home with convenient location. We did encounter a fly problem in the home (which is apparently a Bethany Beach problem), one of the bathroom curtains had mold on it and the house wasn’t stocked with enough toilet paper for the size of our family, there weren’t any coffee filters for the coffee machine. It would have been nice to provide these amenities for guests to save us another trip to the store. But, these were minor inconveniences in the large scheme of things. A slightly later checkout (11 am) would have been nice so we didn’t have to rush around quite as much to check out by 10 am. Overall, beautiful home with great outdoor space and a 7 minute drive to the beach! Overall, we were pleased with the layout, decor and location of this home. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful House in a Really Friendly Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay here. We are very particular when it comes to cleanliness. This house exceeded our expectations. Even though it is a pet friendly home, there were no signs (or smells) of pets. It is very spacious. Plenty of room for our three teenagers to have their own space.
