A Peace of Paradise 4 Bdrm Apt near Int'l Airpt, Beach and Dining
Beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom Apt with fenced yard and garden just minutes away from the International airport and the beautiful Sandy Beach.
There are lovely views of the Southern Coastline all the way to the Gros Piton and other distance mountains. Evening guests can experience sunsets from the house or take a nice walk to the top of Moule a Chique to have an amazing panoramic view of the sunset, Caribbean sea to the west and the Atlantic ocean and east coastline to the east.
A car is strongly advised for a more relaxed way to get around the area and the island.
The house has a large living room with 2 sitting areas, a separate dining room, large fully equipped kitchen. Stairs leading from parking up to the house and 4 steps up to 2 of the bedrooms.
Visiting other parts of the island is easy from this location. A perfect base for a large family or a group of friends.

Why they chose this property
This property is in a nice quiet location with closed fence and secure parking. This location has easy access by vehicle to all interesting attractions and amenties the island has to offer. A 5 to 7 minute drive to the beach, shopping and international airport, 40 minute drive to the Pitons and Sulphur Springs in Soufriere, 20 mins to the Latille falls and horseback riding and a 90 minute drive to Pigeon Island and Rodney Bay.
There are 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms each with queen beds with private bathrooms, 1 has a portable AC unit . 2 bedrooms share a bathroom 1 bedroom has a queen bed with balcony and desk and the other a double bed. There is a balcony off of 2 of the rooms that wraps around the house and a patio in the back with barbeque equipment and picnic table and 2 park benches.
The host lives on the property with 2 older rescued dogs. She is able to assist in arranging any extra amentias such as car rentals and airport pick up and drop off, hiking tours, Petit Piton climb, horseback riding, whale/dolphin watching, in-house massage, and meal deliveries.
