Explore the area using your included cruiser bikes or a short walk to many of our favorite places listed on our digital guidebook. If you have a vehicle parked in your dedicated garage parking, you can get to any destination from your centrally located home away from home!

After exploring, come home and enjoy an evening on the private patio around your propane fire table. Make some dinner on your outdoor BBQ grill or in your spacious full kitchen. Wind down watching the 55” HDTV in your living room or 40” HDTV in your King size bedroom with included HBO and Showtime premium cable channels. Or use the included Netflix account to watch your favorite shows.

Parking - You are free to use the garage to park while staying with us, as long as you're not driving a TANK. Most mid size cars and smaller SUVs fit just fine. If you are driving a tank we live on a cul-de-sac next to a park where there are no homes. There is always plenty of parking there. Or, many guests will use the curved part of the alley just outside the cottage to park.

Our Neighborhood - We are in the historic Whittier neighborhood just North of downtown Denver. We are walking distance to many breweries and restaurants in the RiNo Art District. We're a quick 7 minute walk to the light rail station that will take you downtown to the 16th St Mall. Or, an Uber to just about anywhere downtown or RiNo is around $10 during non-prime hours. Also, since we're centrally located we are close to many museums, parks, sporting events, zoo, etc. Great location for a home-base for all of your exploring needs!

Aurora and I really did spend a great deal of time and thought into making our space feel like home! We've included several little "perks" like the coffee bar, pillow menu and some others that you'll just have to discover when you book with us. :-)
