End of year family catchup

Excellent location close to tram and parks and also walking distance to Botanical Gardens, South Melbourne markets, NGV and Albert Park. Suburb was quiet, especially post Xmas but plenty of coffee shops and cafes open nearby . Enclosed back yard for small children to play safely while still easy to see. Also great children’s playground nearby. A great family house to gather in. Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

DO NOT Stay at this DUMP!!

This property is fraudulently advertised. The home is in horrendously bad condition! It is filthy dirty with rat traps in the bedroom and all over the front porch. It is in a bad neighborhood which is a major safety concern considering that the front door does not close properly and has a huge gap underneath it. There are giant cracks in the walls and many areas of mold. When we brought up these concerns to the host we were only offered a cleaning service more than 24 hours after check-in. The rat traps and other disturbing problems were never addressed. Needless to say, we were unable to stay there due to the awful condition of the home. The host has refused to refund any of our money. This is an absolute insult, especially because the price was wildly inflated due to a popular performer having a concert in town. Do not be fooled by the deceptive pictures. This property is DISGUSTING!!

Great location, cute cottage and very comfortable beds. Seemed good on first arrival but look closer and things were a little dirty, our feet were black after walking on floors and bedroom window on ground floor didn’t lock which is a security issue. Also concerned as none of the smoke detectors were functioning. Place needs a little love and attention to detail.

Great place in a central location!

If you're looking to stay right in the action of Melbourne.. this is your place! Top spot, great spacious place with all necessary amenities. Washer, Dryer, Iron, Coffee and all are included! Beds are comfy and sheets were clean! Overall we were super happy with the decision to stay here.

Clean pleasant terrace, niicely renovated. Was a warm comfortable stay. Bathrooms were particularly nice. Only issue was the trams could be noisy at night in the downstairs bedroom so you might want to take some earplugs. Also some face washers in the bathroom would have been good. Overall I recommend this house.

Overall the property is good, wall in downstairs bedroom need to be fixed, rather noisy from trams..

The accommodation is very clean, modern design kitchen and living area combined with the older style. But rather noisy with the trams and buses passing by. It is easy access to Melbourne Center.

Great location, beautiful house

We had a great time at the house, excellent location. We had a few issues upon arrival with parking & cleaning however these were quickly rectified by Charlotte. The house stayed relatively cool however please note there is not air conditioning downstairs only in the 2 upstairs bedrooms. This normally wouldn't be an issue however we stayed across the weekend of 35+ degree days so would have appreciated air con downstairs. Other than that we had a great stay and Charlotte was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Lovely and recently renovated. Clean, fresh facilities and furnishings. Excellent location. Nearby passing tram sound would be audible from front bedroom but didn't bother us at all - it's all part of the fabulous inner urban vibe!
