Each bedroom has its own bathroom and double sink. Extremely large rooms around 2,000 square feet. Top of the line 65" OLED LG 4k web enabled TV with premium stations, Hulu, Netflix, Disney HBO and Amazon Prime available and included. High speed Wifi with 250mbs download speed in the unit to stream 4k content and several devices. Temperpedic mattress in the master bedroom, Premium count cotton sheets and premium bedding. Located in Arrowhead ski village directly across the hall from Alpine Club (private). Steps away from 4 star Vista Restaurant, Pool, and Hot Tub. Shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village and Bachelor Gulch. Unit has small patio with gas grill. Underground reserved parking spot with occasionally 2nd available (shared with 1 other unit). This property is amazing due to lift proximity (1 min walk from door!), amenities and cleanliness, and Andy was super responsive for little issues that arose (TP delivery). Our two families had an amazing time and would gladly stay here again.

We LOVED the stay and totally want to come back! It's the perfect location for a family like ours (8,7,4 kids' ages) with direct slope access (literally out your door) and the pool equally close, which the kids LOVED. Perfectly appointed for cooking, which we love to do on vacation. Wouldn't add anything except always more snow :)

Perfectly appointed.

We loved our stay and cannot say enough nice things about the property. The location for ease and convenience to the slopes was unbeatable. And the condo felt like a second home rather than a vacation rental. We cooked and ate in a lot, and the kitchen was well stocked to do that with a nice bar to eat at and a dining table for eating and games. The place was comfortable and very clean.

Beautiful Condo with Great Location

This is a stunning Condo that is in a great location with exceptionally easy access to the ski slopes. The unit is well equipped, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The location is very near the town of Edwards, which has a lot of great restaurants.

Excellent ski in ski out location on a fantastic mountain

Stayed with friends and had an excellent ski in ski out location. The home and property are absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay again. The only drawback which really is not a drawback is it’s hard to find the front door the first time. When I travel to Beavercreek with my family I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Steps away from the slopes!

I really enjoyed this home. So close to the slopes. Literally steps away. My wife and I spent the week working remotely, taking a few hours off to ski each day. It was great.Andy is a fantastic host. Very easy to reach. Property is homey and comfortable. Pretty much a no brainer to rent. We hope to be back!
