About this property
FLATS CAPPIO 2 - Sea front, w/air conditioning, TVs, fans, WIFI, etc.
Independent apartment with 55m² each, built in traditional masonry, divided into two floors (ground and upper), designed to accommodate basically four adults, but with the possibility of accommodating two additional guests.
Each flat has two suites (each with its own bathroom), equipped with televisions, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and wireless internet (WIFI).
The apartments' kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric coffee maker and all the basic accessories for a good stay.
The building also has a system of external showers, own parking, a small laundry in each apartment, and solar heating, with water reserve system in tanks up to 8000 liters.
As for our location, we are situated on Jabaquara beach promenade, corner with D. Pedro II on the seafront, and only 1200 meters from Paraty historical center.

Limpeza do banheiro principal péssima,o box , nojento, a casa em si não tem um cheiro agradável , comprei ate um spray de cheirinho p da uma aliviada ,roupas de cama ( mal Cheiro) As Tv sem controle remoto , e imagem péssimas , uma das Tv jurássica rs, enfim , não gostamos.
