Otima localização com tudo ao alcance, padaria, mercados, etc. Apartamento muito bem organizado, espaçoso, arejado e com uma vista ótima e agradável. Apenas uma dica seria substituição dos colchões por outros mais confortáveis (exceto o de casal) e a instalação de ventiladores de teto. No mais, tive sim minhas expectativas atendidas no geral e pretendo voltar assim que possivel.
