Come stay in this newly renovated, beautiful apartment located just 1,500 feet from Baptist Hospital and 1 mile from downtown. Seasoned hosts will ensure that every amenity you need and desire is provided. This sparkling, clean apartment allows for the chance to get away while still providing the comforts of home. A first floor apartment, it has a large, open kitchen with brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances - and even spices- you need to make any meal!

You will appreciate tasteful touches throughout the home that make this an extra special getaway- including hardwood floors and granite countertops. This home also has its own laundry room and bathroom, as well as a sofa bed that fits two comfortably. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, a sound machine, laundry detergent, and K-Cups.

There are many amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, including a big screen Smart TV with cable and king-size bed in the bedroom. Ample storage will allow you to unpack your suitcase and stay for as long as you desire! For your convenience, a parking lot is located in the rear of the building.

Fantastic Rental with everything you could want

I was in town for work at the hospital, and this place was perfect. It is just down the road from Wake Forest Baptist, and the rental was everything I expected and more. Out of all of the VRBO's I have stayed at that were 1 or 2 bedroom, this was by far the best stocked. GREAT kitchen with everything you could want, and there was also a washer and dryer. Fantastic air conditioning and great water pressure. My only complaint is that the apartment is close to the road, which is very convenient for access to the hospital, but the road noise was kind of loud in the living area (not in the bedroom). Otherwise this was a fantastic stay, and I appreciated the coffee, snacks, and such that the owners leave for you upon arrival.

Wonderfully convenient property in Ardmore, close to everything in WS. The apartments are updated, but in an older building on two main streets, so we heard the usual city noise, but it wasn’t a problem. These units are well equipped to make you feel right at home.

From the hallway to opening the door of the apartment. Truly amazed and this is how a host should present their property. I have No negative comments but only one recommendation, just Add a TV to the bedroom. The layout is simple and beautiful, plus the little extras were amazing as well. I Want to Live Here

This place was perfect! Immaculately cleaned. I couldn't even tell anyone else had stayed there ... no trace. I felt like I was the 1st guess but I knew I wasn't only because the guest book was signed. When I walked in my first reaction was I want to live here. I even loved the furniture and the way the place is decorated lol. My only 2 suggestions ... a 2nd TV for the bedroom would be nice. So guests can stretch out in the graciously comfortable and huge king size bed to watch instead of on the couch. And better and bigger toiletries. Although this is not necessarily a bad thing as most travelers these days bring their own. Location is also great. Convenient to pretty much everything. Fair warning if you're a light sleeper: the apt is down the street from a major trauma center and a fire station. Bring ear plugs to combat the occasional siren. It'll be worth the stay! I definitely recommend this property and I will definitely book again!

This is a recently renovated property close to Baptist Hospital. We were impressed with how well the property met our needs and appreciate the comfortable bed, good quality sheets, and well stocked kitchen utensils. We travel to Winston several times a year and will likely stay here again.
