Spacious house in good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with our daughter and son-in-law and 4 year old grandson. The house is huge and met our needs for two bathrooms and bedrooms for all. There are very large grounds which have been landscaped but now looking a bit sad. Would be heaps of space for children to play outside - unfortunately it was very wet while we were there. The numerous warning signs about rabbit holes were a bit offputting. The house was generally well equipped and in good condition (with a few minor niggles). We chose the location as being handy to both Cradle Mountain and the gourmet offerings of the Deloraine/Latrobe/Devonport area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience of staying in the magical town of Sheffield was made by staying here. The beautiful home was above expectations. The location was exquisite you have the most incredible views of the mountains and the bunnies made us laugh with their antics. The house was clean, well laid out and incredibly comfortable. Access to WiFi, Netflix and surround system were added bonuses. The whole party agreed that we should have stayed longer here as the location for what we wanted to see and do was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Honestly if ever this property went on the market in the future we would love to purchase, we loved it so much. The only thing was the spa bath didn’t work but some of the party still used the bath. It definitely didn’t spoil our fun holiday. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Reviewer Comments: My mum, sister and I stayed at Hana Estate for 3 nights while we were discovering more of our family history in Sheffield and surrounding areas. This is a beautiful home with magnificent views. The house is really comfortable, plenty of room and has everything you could want. It's close to town (an easy walk to the middle of town) yet surrounded by farm land. We would highly recommend Hana Estate to families, to friends or anyone who wants space and comfort when staying in the Sheffield area.Thank you for opening your home for us to rent for a few days.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hana Estate is a beautiful setting with great views of Mt Roland. The gardens are spectacular the house is extremely spacious. There is a sound system wired to the main parts of the house and it was very comfortable. Provided great access to the region and we visited numerous attractions in the area.

So much promise…a substantial property, unfortunately falling short of expectation. Garden at a time past would have been wonderful, not so now. Heating in the kitchen family room needs attention.

a short getaway stay

The house is big, spacious and comfortable. The BBQ was extremely dirty which often is the case in many short term accommodation's, BUT we expected better due to the conditions of stay being so specific. The BBQ was one item that needed to be clean and left in great condition on vacating to not receive additional monetary penalties. We notified the agent and was told the cleaner had said it was clean. We sent a video to show this was not the case so as not to be held responsible. The agent apologized and refunded some money to cover the inconvenience which we did appreciate from the agent. The security code to enter the house was incorrect or not re-set and so we did have to go through quite the rig morale to get into the house after check in time but again the property manager was available and got this sorted relatively quickly. Nice place but with a few issues

Awesome property

Three night stay was lovely, beds comfortable and plenty of room for extended family. Garden and ground are excellent. The house itself could do with a cobweb broom whipping around and sprayed for the nasty bugs. Bathrooms and beds clean but otherwise a slightly grubby feel. Lovely location, walking distance to the town centre with the outlook of the property still feeling like your miles away.

Brilliant spot

Large clean house, delightful huge garden with rabbits hopping around. We loved the serenity of the Japanese Garden and the changing view of Mt Roland. Would highly recommend.

this house was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and a five minute walk to the centre of Sheffield. The views were absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone

Lovely house

Beautiful large house set in a gorgeous garden setting. Set back from road so very quiet. Stunning mountain views from kitchen and dining, very relaxing and I’d stay longer if I could. Bed is comfortable and overall 5 star Tassie accomodation.
