Latrobe Valley Guest House - 4 Bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms

LV Guest House is located in a quiet rural setting only 900m from Princes Hwy and a short 6 minutes drive to CBD of Traralgon.

The Guest House underwent renovations in 2018 and now boasts 4 generous QB bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen, laundry and a private yard.
It also has it s own private entrance, and sound insulation between the main residence and the guest house.

The house is ideally suited for business and contractors working in the area, families with older children and up to 4 couples.

All the bedrooms have Comfortable Queen size beds, fitted out with electric blankets and linen is provided.

The lounge has a large screen tv, DVD player, DVDs a-plenty to choose from and some games and puzzles to keep you entertained during your stay.

Heating and cooling in the house consists of 2 reverse cycle air conditioning systems and the house has a laundry with both washer and dryer available for use.

The modern kitchen has all the essentials from dishwasher to microwave, gas cooking, pots and pans, glasses and dining ware.

Plenty of off street parking outside, sorry no undercover parking available.

We are unable to accommodate pets.
