Our basement apartment is beautifully clean and warm, and situated in the exclusive suburb of Kelvin Heights. This is a quiet, residential suburb.

We are a 15 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of the downtown.

We are a 5 minute drive to the Queenstown Golf Course.

And 8 minutes drive to Frankton where the Queenstown Airport is located (as well as shops and supermarkets).

There is plenty of space to relax, while enjoying the stunning views of the mountains above Queenstown. (Make time for a walk along the lakefront track - just beautiful!)

For a scenic trip into the downtown area you can catch the water-taxi from the apartment ($10 per adult or $5 per child).

The basement apartment is open plan and easy living all on the one level. Brand new in September 2017. You have plenty of space to cook your own meals, and relax on the sofa's after a busy day of sightseeing or skiing.

We live above the apartment, and share the backyard, so you may see us from time to time when we come down to feed the hens or park our car in our garage, which is also at the bottom of the driveway. We also have a cat (Milly) who you may see from time to time.

We have friendly neighbours and generally the neighbourhood is quiet. Please be considerate of our neighbours (and us) and keep noise levels low.. no noise between 10pm - 7am.

Enjoy the walk from the apartment to the lakeside trails. Or take a drive to beautiful Arrowtown.
