Not your average Arrowtown stay - this funky, one-of-kind cottage is full of charm, hidden gems and good vibes. Tucked away in a private garden in the heart of Arrowtown, it's perfect for fireside hangs (indoors or out), long baths, nature adventures and disappearing from the world.
Only 400m to the magic of Arrow River and surrounding mountains, a short stroll to town and a 15 minute drive to the nearest ski field. It's warm, welcoming and full of soul - you may never want to leave!
The mountain views are spectacular, the night sky is incredible, the beds are so comfy - this whole home has been curated to feel like a sanctuary.
Coming here in Winter? You will be toasty - the heat pump is banging, I have just installed a gorgeous new fireplace, there are heaters in the bedrooms and underfloor heating in the newly renovated bathroom. Hit the mountains and come home to bliss.

I am Shantelle, and Arrowtown local and huge fan of my beautiful town. This is my first home which I have lovingly filled with special items I have collected. This home is my dream home and I hope you will love it as much as I do. I share my house with guests over winter months so that I can keep saving up to add more and more wonderful features to this home.
Why they chose this property
You are in the heart of Arrowtown, yet you feel completely private once inside this home. The river (my most favourite place on earth) is only 400m away so you are not far to the tracks and the mountain hikes. Coronet Peak is 20 minutes away, Cardrona is 45 minutes over the hill and Remarkable Ski Field is a 45 minute drive. Queenstown is a nice place to visit for the day, but Arrowtown is where you want to be for relaxing and to get a more local vibe.

There is ALOT that makes my home unique, Leopold the Leopard for one...can you spot him in the photos? You'll be surprised by many things you will discover in my house.
