The apartment is located in Old Tbilisi, its a place where are accumulated many ancient buildings and Churchs. Every building has its own history. The living building is built 5 years ago. The apartment is thoroughly renovated and has modern furniture. The total space is 130 m2. The apartment has two balconies and a larg terrace. The views are amazing. On one side it looks at Snt. Nickolas Church on the other side looks at River Mtkvari. There is an old Ortachala garden next to the apartment. The famouse Sulphur Baths are exactly 450 m from the apartment. There are many supermarkets, markets , Banks, Chemistries, Cafes and Restaurant near there. The parking area is large and free of charge. The yard is full of green plants and trees. The air is fresh and smells with plants. Everybody loves my apartment who ever lived in. I had many guest from different countries and they evaluated the place and apartment as Excellent place for stay.
