Room with balcony downtown Curitiba

I rent rooms to guests and permanent residents. so it can be just one guest or you can request the 6 rooms for up to 15 people. However I depend on reservations from other sites. So I asked for 24 hours to confirm. I have 5 rooms with double beds and one with three single beds.
Apartment in great location airy spacious simple but with good beds and clean bedding and bath. refrigerator microwave oven washing machine two large bathrooms with electric showers. Floor with putter. and balcony windows to the floor. 24 hour concierge. Elevator. Next to Santos Andrade square and Guaíra theater. Close to shopping malls. Easy access to any location in the city. Cabinets and study tables with chairs. Kitchen equipped with the basics but sufficient for a good stay. Wiffi. And excellent lighting. Nice neighbors. Simple furniture so the affordable value. I am available to help with the best. I accept friends. Family employees of companies. Option for tourism. Work rest and get out of the rut.
