Lemon Tree is a high specification villa situated at the end of a peaceful cul de sac, only a few minutes walk from Tala Village Square, with its small yet diverse collection of bars, restaurants and tavernas. All 3 bedrooms have En-Suite or adjacent bathrooms and overlook the superb garden areas, 10 x 5 metre private swimming pool and have lovely sea views. The furnishings are not typical of a rental property; the owners have equipped the villa to a very high standard (thus the beds and sofas are nice and comfy!) as it is their intention (at some point), to make it a permanent home.

Lemon Tree Villa is situated in the breathtaking hills of Tala, a peaceful location with a good village heart including a fine selection of bars, restaurants, traditional taverns and other eateries. The villa is just 500m from the village aquare and all aforementioned amenities.
Its elevated position ensures sea views can be enjoyed from the landscaped garden, balconies, and from most rooms of the house. The surrounding area (although recently developed and improved) still retains a very Mediterranean feel and charm with plentiful greenery creating a most serene atmosphere. Only a 10 minute drive from the Blue Flag beaches at Coral Bay and from the centre of Paphos, Tala labeled the 'Beverley Hills' of Cyprus, is a popular location for visitors, ex-pat residents and holiday home owners alike.
The local mini-market and Cava (great wine selection) is open 6am until 1am May-October and 6am until midnight in other periods

''The villa was good, nicely furnished and well equipped. It was in a quiet cul-de-sac and accordingly very quiet at night, and parking outside the property was never a problem.
I really liked the location. It seemed a little more civilised than some other areas. It was central and easy to find once we collected the hire car after landing. It was a 10-minute drive to Paphos Old Town or the Harbour one way, and a similar driving time to Coral Bay. Tala is hilly, so you have to be fit to walk to and from the village (which some of our party managed), but there was good parking so driving to the village was not a problem for those of us who were not as fit. The supermarket in the village was well stocked and a great place to shop for fruit, veg and other essentials. A little more expensive for some items, but reasonable for the convenience.
Visteria supermarket was very good and very local. In the village, Martikas Kitchen was excellent, slightly more upmarket, and we visited twice—they were very accommodating and even made me a special pudding on our second visit. Sonny’s restaurant was good and offered a wide variety of dishes, including more ‘English’ meals, with big portions. Melitzia Tavern was also good, with more traditional Cypriot food. Outside the village in Coral Bay, Lavigne Trattoria (Italian) was good, reasonably priced and had lots of choices. Second Cup Coffee House was worth a visit for lunch—nice sandwiches, excellent cakes and coffee, as well as wine, beer and soft drinks. Porte Antico was a little further on and highly recommended; the food and side dish choices were excellent. It’s not cheap but well worth visiting, and you cannot book, so you just turn up. The location is incredible. In Paphos Old Town we ate at NOLA on Sunday evening; it’s a bar with food and made a nice change.
We were very happy with the LetsRentOnline service—great communication and very helpful. We were also very happy with the service from the local managers, Ben and Glenn, who were very helpful and accommodating.
We used all three bedrooms. The twin bedroom could do with some fleece blankets or light single duvets, as it got quite cold at night and we couldn’t find anything suitable to add to the duvet cover/counterpanes. My husband ended up using a fleece blanket from the downstairs double room, which served the purpose. This was a minor issue and did not spoil our stay.
We hope to come back to Cyprus next year at the same time. If the party is the same size, we would like to stay in the Lemon Tree Villa again. I am happy for you to use my comments and my name as specified.
Kind regards, Julie
