Great Value in GTA! This is a gorgeous 1-bd apartment with full equipment bathroom and kitchen. Exclusive for guests. The apartment is the first floor of the house with separate entrance. Great for couples, business travelers and families. Parking is available in driving way. The place is closed to highway, go train and go bus. Costco, Walmart, cinema and shopping malls nearby. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, bars and boutiques to explore within 1-3 blocks!
This reservation has a Strict cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 60 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, not suitable for children aged 2 - 12, primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
No drugs inside the house, no big noise after 8 pm.

Left Early Due to Offensive Literature

We ended up cutting our stay short by 3 nights as we were upset by offensive literature found in the cupboard which was biased against the LGBT community. Suggested improvements: -Could make it feel more like a home and update the furniture. -A nice set of dishes instead of just a few miscellaneous pieces. and silverware that is a bit nicer. -Softer sheets and towels -Make sure the TV works as we couldn't get anything on it -Bedroom could be made more appealing. No end tables by bed
