Master bedroom with KING bed & soft cotton linens, high speed wifi, cable, 65” flat screen smart tv. Just steps to community pool, parks & more! Ample free parking! Relax in our peaceful space with special touches everywhere.

Kitchen: Coffee Maker, All Dishes/Utensils/Cups/Knives, Dishwasher, basic cooking items - just bring your food and enjoy.
Game Room: Foosball & Air Hockey!
Golf: A few golf-courses w/in a few minutes drive.
Kayak / Canoe:Lucky-Peak reservoir 40 min away
Ski & Snowboard: Bogus Basin within 1 hour drive time
Communal Pool across the street

Home Access
Full access to everything including garage, laundry machines, kitchen and everything else the house has to offer except two closets that are locked.
Kitchen stocked with basic pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls, silverware and measuring cups. We have a coffee maker as well. Access to one Smart TV where you can log into your own Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Interaction with guests
We don't usually meet our guests, we will give you a code to the door a few days before your reservation. We are available via phone and/or text for any property related issues.

Other things to note
Please note the pool is open seasonally and the HOA opens and closes the pool at its discretion. Some guests that book for spring/fall dates may not have access to pool. Pool can also be shut down without notice in the middle of a guest stay for maintenance. This is all beyond our control. All guests that wish to use pool must use the access key/card located in the drawer to the left.

Really glad we stayed here

The house is well laid out and clean. Wifi is solid. The pool being across the street was a huge draw for us and it did not disappoint. My kids loved it! The mini fusbol and air hockey tables were a nice touch too. Communication with the owner while we stayed there was easy. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice place for a business trip

Overall, our stay was nice. The house is in a good neighborhood, close to places to eat and to shopping. The house was clean. The only changes that would be nice would be a thicker mattress for the master bed. The mattress was thin, and hard. Also, a couple recliner chairs in family room would be great for families. This is a good place to stay....and WAY better than a hotel.

Beautiful home and neighborhood

My family and I had a great time staying here! It was very clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home after our long days of exploring Boise and surrounding areas. There were lots of options when it came time to eat or go to the store and everything was close by. The only complaint would be the dog next door that was sticking his nose through the fence while barking non-stop and growling at my children playing in the backyard. We would stay here again and recommended this place to anyone wanting a nice place to stay.

Nice and clean.

Everything was nice and clean only complaint is the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. We have the 2nd bedroom and my brother had the master he said the same thing. Need new mattresses. Awesome that the pool is right across the street

July vacation

Nice clean home. Biggest asset was being just steps away from the subdivision swimming pool which we used multiple times each day. The frig ice maker wasn’t working but we left a note & presumably that would be fixed. Note to self for next time is that useables we’re limited (no Kleenex, no extra roll of paper towels, no Saran or foil). All in all an enjoyable stay.

Safe, lovely Home

Overall couldn’t ask for a nicer home. One caveat which kept us hesitant from this rental was the previous feedback about master suite mattress. I thought with the feedback this would have been fixed. It wasn’t. The mattress was skinny and adults will feel like they are laying on a hard surface crushing down to the box springs. I would definitely stay in this home again if an investment is made in a newer thicker master mattress. The other guest room mattresses were wonderful according to others in our group.

Great location needs better furniture

Super convenient location, very clean, and quick response from owner. Love that the pool is right across from the house. My only recommendations would be on the furniture. The couch in the living room is fake leather and is unbearable to try to sit on and watch tv or relax. It’s also the only piece of furniture in the living room to sit on. The foosball table didn’t have any balls to play but the air hockey was fun. The worst was the bed in the master. The mattress was maybe 6 inches thick and felt like sleeping on a board. Likely the worst bed I’ve ever slept on and I’m a hard sleeper and usually never notice these kinds of things. With everything taken into account, I would stay here again I just really hope for the price they could afford to update the furniture a bit.

Exquisite place

This place is my go to place when I want to visit my boys in Meridian. I have stayed here several times and love it. It is always clean, which is my top priority, in a great location, and has everything a person needs to cook and entertain. The boys love the games and enjoy it also. I will be back soon.

Immaculate, beautiful home

Our family gathered for a holiday celebration and could not have had a better location. The house is spacious, clean, with plenty of area for everyone to spread out. Air hockey, foosball and a nice backyard gave the little ones something fun to do. Located within walking distance of a great park! One of the best homes we've rented. Thank you!
