Relaxing Beach Vacation

This property was SUPER spacious! The property grounds were well maintained. It was close to everything you needed- beach, coffee/ breakfast, dinner. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo also offered many beach amenities, as well! We had a great time!

My Siesta Key

I found the unit very comfortable and it served me very well. The grounds and pool are well maintained and I took a walk thru the courtyard daily. I loved the location! Easy access to the beach and if you don’t feel like cooking….restaurants 10 minute walk. Looking forward to returning to Siesta Key!

CONSTRUCTION SITE

This whole complex is under construction works, since 13 months due to security lacks of building and the works are spread over all buildings and are to be continued everywhere. Unfortunately the works lasted the whole stay in our building 1, 1 meter from our apartement sleeping room Including jackhammer works lasting for 3 hours every day, starting at 8 o-clock in the morning. Additionally lounge area outside beneath the apartement was not available and dirt everywhere. Additionally the apartement itself has a lack from the ceiling so when it rains, water comes from the ceiling and has to be wipped up if you don't want to have the water pool standing in the living room. Very unrelaxed and disappointing circumstances. Under these conditions it should not have been offered at all so I cannot rate anything else of the apartement.

Interrupted stay

We had a terrible experience dealing with Itrip vacations, where they violated our privacy and were insensitive to it. Someone barged in my unit while my husband and I were having an intimate moment. This is really uncomfortable to write but for the purpose of expressing the severity or the situation I must explain. We were undressed and buyers who had codes to our locked door walked in, without knocking or prior warning. This was the most embarrassing and traumatising moment we have experienced. This was extremely unprofessional. When booking this unit we were not informed that this unit was for sale and that there would be showings. There was no communication even at the beginning of our stay that this would be happening. My husband called about 30 min after the incident to let the office know of what happened. We said we would really appreciate them respecting our privacy and not scheduling any showings during our stay, which to give them credit they did although they fell short in working with us to rectify the situation. We said a financial compensation is appropriate in this situation.. considering what happened, they only offered a measly sum which didn't even amount to a 1 night stay. We trusted that they would address this concern promptly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation however this didn't happen. I hope my detailed review will let people know what type of company they are dealing with. Never book with !trip vacations again.

Misleading/ unprofessional

Plaster on ceiling was cracked and falling, windows leaked, balcony unusable, flooded, and moldy, dryer was initially not working very well , we fixed it after cleaning a filthy filter, we had to spray to eliminate small ants on table, patio doors filthy and rusty, no coverings so the lights in courtyard shine through all night long, . Mattress’s are hard and uncomfortable. Itrips were unprofessional and owner offered an insulting small refund but definitely showed no remorse over the conditions or misleading advertising. The location is great, the grounds are very nice. Hopefully they will be honest with future clients .

Excellent Condo & Location

The condo is wonderful and immaculate! The decorations are inspiring and there were plenty of beach towels and even a rolling cooler. The beach access is right across the street and they have chairs out for you at the beach to use. The pools and hot tubs are gorgeous. You can walk to the grocery store or to many restaurants and shops, the location is great. The grounds are well kept and parking is covered and close by. We absolutely loved our stay here and would stay again. The only thing I didn't like was the firm bed, I think the mattress and pillows could use an upgrade but I slept fine so no complaints, most people like firm beds, including my husband who thought it was fine! (Also, when you check in with the office, bring the fobs to the office because they had to reprogram ours to access the beach and pools and they are only open on weekdays.)

We booked our trip through Itrip, they were great to work with!

Property was very nice, did have plaster falling from the ceiling in one spot. The windows tracks, etc. were pretty dirty, which was very surprising since the rest of property was pretty clean. If we would book again, I would want to be on the Gulf side, it was pretty good walk to the beach!

Spotless condo with great layout!

This spotless condo has a great layout, up to date kitchen and baths, nice beach decor and it’s well-priced. The heated pool is actually warm and it was a nice place for our family to base ourselves over the holidays. The condo is stocked with towels and beach toys, so I Incorrectly assumed there would be kitchen basics too (salt/pepper, oil, Ketchup, whatever). Just be ready to get everything you may use in your daily meal prep. We would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to others.

BLISS ON THE BEACH

MY HUSBAND AND I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO STAY AT THIS LOVELY, COMPLETELY RENOVATED CONDO. IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME TO SIESTA KEY. THE LOCATION WAS WONDERFUL - JUST A QUICK WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO THE BEACH AND CONVENIENT TO THE DOWNTOWN AREA. THE CONDO IS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED AND HAS ALL THE AMENITIES ONE COULD NEED. i LOVED THE LIGHT OPEN AIRY FEEL OF THE PLACE. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE TOWELS WERE BRAND NEW. IT WAS SO NICE TO COME BACK TO THIS LOVELY PLCAE AFTER A DAY ON THE BEACH OR WANDERING THE QUAINT VILLAGE OF SIESTA KEY. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO OUR FRIENDS!

Absolutely ideal

This amazing condo provides everything you could need for a perfect stay at the beach! Not only is it beautifully decorated , the location is more than ideal. It is only a short walk across the way to the beach which makes it so easy to either pack for a full day at the ocean, or just walk over to enjoy the truly awesome sunsets. Also it is conveniently located near the village of Siesta Key, where you can find great dining options for any meal and some shopping, if you choose. Overall, I can't think of a better place to enjoy a beautiful stay at the beach!

Siesta keys vacation

We spent a girls weekend at this condo and couldn’t be happier with the accommodations and location. The condo had plenty of space for gathering and sleeping! The decor has the perfect beachy feel to fit in with the beautiful surroundings. Great location for relaxing on the beach or sunbathing at 2 different pools. I fully intend on staying at this location for my next siesta keys get away!!!
