About this property

Cozy room, with full size bed, own entrance, private bath, mini fridge,
microwave. Room is a converted garage, attached to the house, but not accessable to main living area. addition space in backyard, patio with comphy seating. Home is close to I-5 freeway, Downtown Salem, Salem Fairgrounds. close access to restaurants, coffee, parks, Bush Park, Minto Brown Park, Water Front Park, shopping, State Capitol Bldg. Farmers Market on Saturday ,downtown thru October. Coffee House is 2 blocks away, walking distance. great coffee and morning treats!
Suite was remodeled in March of 2020, New bath, barn sliding door, new front french doors, flooring, new back door, ship lap on walls, new paint. New heat and air conditioning, guest have control of heat and air.
New pictures of the remodeled suite are coming!, super inviting, modern Farmhouse look.
I live in the main house with a roommate.

Beautiful, Clean, & decorated perfect!

What a perfect little set up. Clean and comfortable. My wife and I went to the Oregon Duck game and wanted to do wine tasting the following day. This spot was perfect! Right in the middle of the Willamette Valley. Living in Texas now however this quaint VRBO is right in the neighborhood that I grew up in. It was nostalgic and beautiful!
