I have traveled to several cities in the USA (NewYork, SanFrancisco, SanDiego, LasVegas, Miami), Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Panama, Ecuador, PuertoRico, Peru, Chile), Japan, Korea and China due to my previous work at Sony and Samsung as Manager of RetailMarketing. Currently, I work as a Business Consultant, RetailMarketing and Leadership. I like a lot to travel and to know new places. I like to meet local and foreign people. I am very hospitable like my family. I really like to receive and pamper my guests. I like personal improvement, leadership and business books. I also enjoy the Novels. Pop, rock and classical music are my favorites. I learned to play the Piano since I was a kid, exercising in a gym is essential for me and learning languages helps me to meet other people in the world. I have studied English, Japanese and Russian for several years. I hope to receive guests who want to know Mexico and offer a great experience for them, their families and / or friends. Why they chose this property
I liked this home in Chiconcuac, Morelos the very first time I saw it. But I had the opportunity to acquire it a year later. To me, it is like a small Eden, surronded by fruit trees I have been planting since last year to make it everytime more full of nature. Still, home is very confortable, with large kitchen, dinning and living room. Internet (Wi-Fi) service and TV (58") with SKY TV HD service so you can enjoy football game, movies or local shows. It is very near to Cuernavaca, only 30 minutes. Therefore, it's very close to all kind of entertainment and leisure activies, without no people noise or traffic since it is located in a very quiet área with almost no neighbors. Chiconcuac is a small town where many owners are moving in due to it is a relaxed place to walk around, safe and with all kind of services. From restaurants, temaxcal massages and malls to visit such as Galerías Cuernavaca and Averanda. which are very luxury places with cinema, food services and more.
What makes this property unique
Home is perfect for those who enjoy a great party with family/friends, a relaxed weekend or vacation in countryside. After a very good night's sleep with sound of (artificial) river in front and behind home, wake up and start the day with a good swim at the pool. Preparing a nice barbecue, hamburguers or hotdogs on the grill next to the pool having a great time with family or friends. Watching a great movie in 58" UHD 4K TV + SoundBar & Subwoofer for great surround sound with popcorn and icecream over night. Sunbathing by the pool with your love ones, until getting a perfect tan is a most!. Since pool it's totally private and only for you!
