This house features:
Master bedroom #1 - 1 king bed, 32" smart tv, and attached master bathroom with garden tub.
Bedroom #2 - 1 queen bed
Bedroom #3 - 1 full bed and 1 twin bed
This is a 2 story home with 15 flights of stairs (see pics).
Total 3 bedrooms (all upstairs) and 3 bathrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) that can easily accommodate 8 people comfortably. Masters' bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Downstairs has a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs guest bathroom has a shower and tub combo. Couch in family room can be converted to one big bed for extra sleeping area. Home has a fully stocked kitchen with all the basic cookware, dishware, glassware, and silverware. We have a coffee bar with 2 coffee makers, k cups, coffee and tea are available for your use free. Formal dining room was converted to a seating room where you can relax read a book and sip on your coffee. We provide towels, sheets and intial supply of shampoos, body wash, and toiletries.

Total of 2 TVs in the house (family room 55" UHD led smart tv with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, etc, and master's bedroom 32" smart hdtv). We also have High Speed internet Access.

Our Backyard oasis has a covered patio as well as a bbq grill. We have lounge chairs to soak up the sun and relax on. Quiet time is 10pm-8am. Pool and spa are NOT heated (spa can be heated with additional fees). Tampering with pool equipment will result in forfeiture of your deposit and removal from the property. Pool has a fence around it for security purposes. Parents, please watch your kids even if the gate is closed. Please use pool at your own risk! Owner assumes no liability for injuries on premises. There are 3 security cameras monitoring the property outside for your safety.

Great stay, awesome host

It was a pleasure staying at Daryl's place. A home away from home. The host is very communicative and was flexible with our needs and very accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay, whether for business or pleasure. Awesome experience.

what were presented with was not what the vrbo and the owner presented on line

what we were presented with was second class, our entry was thru a garage, not the nicest.next the family room ,dark with a tv that was not connected with any network.The kitchen and the living room were dark and less than first class. this presented the stairs to the second level and the bedrooms. these stairs were greater than the picture shown in the on line pictures. the pictures showed only three or four steps, when fact there were at least 28-30 steps.This was totally un acceptable because of our age and physical ability.Mrs Don was in discussion with VRBO at that time presenting our findings and our position with what we found. We were referred to case number 24671687 which we were directed to call back the following day, which we did, spoke with PAM which we got her comments from the landlord. the only thing positive was that the possibility of a 50% refund might be considered. we have tried to get in touch with this land board unsuccessfully, and are still waiting, hopefully. We would like to have someone from VRBO call to discuss this further. As we understand Vrbo have some protection for customers if the payments are made for the rent thru VRBO. Ken DON
