love the location and property the beds and pillow i want the same for our home, outside was beautful and quite would love to go back in the summer awesome visit thank you for hosting us!
The house is absolutely stunning. It was clean and comfortable for a group of six to stay. It is also in easy walking distances to so many nearby attractions. The kitchen is also really nicely stocked.
Description and photos are accurate. Plenty of room, very functional, quiet and comfortable. Great location, plenty to do within easy walking distance.
This property was perfect!! It was in a quiet area of town, and the house was beautiful! The kitchen seating area was absolutely the best way to start the day with big windows and a cup of coffee. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and comfortable, and there was nothing we lacked. The back patio with fountain was lovely. We would definitely stay here again!
Our girls trip had a fabulous time. The location was perfect for walking. The house was very clean and it was a great house to spread out in. The courtyard was was a bonus to spend time in.
I came east to visit with family and friends and celebrate my brother's 70th Bday who lives in Savannah. The property was perfect-centrally located and roomy enough for the 5 of us. I appreciated the homey touches and the art and antiques made it that much more enjoyable.
We stayed at the Columbia Square Restoration, 138 Habersham Street.
The rental was very nice and clean, and we enjoyed all areas but really liked sitting outdoors in the morning with coffee and reminiscing about the day. The home was in a nice neighborhood and easy to walk to many historic houses and art museums.
We did lose our electricity one day, and Vrbo moved us to a new location for the night. The next day we moved back to the Habersham house. Apparently, the power bill had not been paid by the property’s owner.
I would give a high recommendation for the rental if it weren’t for the power loss of 24 hours.

This place was perfect location for walking all around - taking in the sights- history- river walk- dining and cocktails and so much more!! Hostess Manager Mary was awesome and responded to all of our needs and questions promptly! Great property!!
This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beds were quite comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, easy walking to restaurants and the riverwalk area, plus communication was excellent. The home is beautiful and enhanced our Savannah experience. We would definitely stay here again.
We loved this home and all it had to offer from its location at Columbia square to its beautiful interior layout and cozy rooms. Everything from river street to Chippewa Square (which is my favorite) is an easy 5 to 10 minute drive, we would have walked but with the constant rain we decided to drive most places. Communication with the agency was fast and helpful but we did have some issues our first night. Upstairs stayed 69 degrees on the thermostat which we could not change but it’s summer in Georgia so we enjoyed the cool rooms, however the downstairs thermostat was not working so we had no ac in the downstairs bedroom. I will say with the open stairwell the air traveled well to keep the downstairs somewhat cool but you could tell a difference in temperatures when walking upstairs. We also realized we had no hot water so our first night we had to take cold showers but by the next evening the agency had sent someone to fix the issue and we had hot water the rest of our stay, they also sent someone the following day to fix the thermostat which we appreciated, however due to severe weather we had to cut our trip short. Of course I would have preferred to have hot water and ac included in the beginning of our stay but we appreciated the great communication with the agency and would definitely love to stay in this home again
We loved the location of the rental in Savannah and the neighborhood was fun to look around in. The house was great from very comfortable chairs to beds where we all slept well. The parking spot was the bonus as we didn't have to pay for on street parking. We didn't touch the thermostat and the air conditioning was perfect when we can out of the very hot and humid outside. The 3 bathrooms were designed well and it was nice to have so many.
We were very comfortable. This house definitely has a vintage feel on the inside. Perfect location able to walk to everything, we didn't drive all week. Everything you need if you want to cook only thing is no kerig coffee maker so if you plan to stop and get food prior to checking in get ground coffee or beans as they do have a grinder. Great place to stay! Definitely would recommend.
I absolutely fell in love with the charm of this home. So relaxing to come back to after a day of exploring Savannah. It has a mixture of modern and historical all in one place. The kitchen has been tastefully updated and the large windows looking out into the courtyard are just fabulous. The bathrooms upstairs are very large and roomy. The bedrooms are a step back in time. I loved it!
I absolutely loved this vacation rental! It’s clean/updated while also keeping its historical charm. The location is AMAZING, it’s a short walk to everything. 10/10 recommend and will absolutely stay again.
Beautiful Home and within walking distant of history
138 was a beautiful townhome off Columbia Park. Home was very well equipped with towels kitchen items and more. House was spotless. Front door knob did want to come and needs some TLC. We had to cut our trip short due to my fall at the Pirate House. We were there for a mother daughter trip. Would def recommend staying at the house, please due purchase travel I surance just in case something happens. Owners/company communicated well.
Four friends were here for a girl's golf getaway. The house was perfect for our stay! We could walk to many restaurants and things to do, and it was so quiet for having such a great central location. There is one parking space, and street parking was no problem. Driving to our golf destinations was very easy. The house is beautiful, does not feel like a rental at all! Communication with owner/property manager was a breeze! I can't wait to come back!!!
