About this property

The house is in the Portogalo condominium, 125 km from Rio de Janeiro. It has 5 suites equipped with air conditioning. It has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 14 people. It has a spacious living room and a dining room with a table for 8 people. In addition, it has a TV room with a very spacious sofa, stereo and SKY and a reading room with a fireplace. In the leisure area the house has a pool table, barbecue, swimming pool and a large balcony with panoramic views. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessary utensils.
Motorboat tours are hired separately and 3 boats are available: one 24-foot for up to 10 people, one 29-foot that holds up to 14 passengers and another 38 feet for up to 16 people. The tours are made inside the bay of Angra, with qualified and experienced sailors. These motorboats are exclusive to the house and are available on the days scheduled for the tours (maximum duration of 6 hours). There are several itinerary options and fuel is not included and must be paid directly at the service station.
For the services of the house, there will be a maid to cook, tidy and clean, serving guests from 9 am to 5 pm and also a caretaker (for groups larger than 12 people) responsible for external services such as barbecuing, taking care of the pool and helping us. general Services.
