Set on over two acres of manicured gardens, a luxury holiday like no other. Margaret River Manor features a dam with jetty and grounds that are incredible, nothing has been missed in this splendid holiday home. Margaret River Manor is a stylish and modern home located a short bike 2 kilometre ride to the centre of Margaret River, and just a 5-10 minute drive to the famous surf breaks and swimming beaches of Prevelly.

Fully appointed with brand new furnishings and equipment, you'll find everything you will ever need to enjoy a quick break or extended stay. Relax and enjoy the tranquil views from the outdoor deck. A comfortable lounge suite and flat screen TV give you that at home feeling. With a private gate to Yahava coffee, your stay will be complete. A separate games room is perfect for the kids to spend time.

The kitchen is very well stocked for those looking for cooking and baking wares. Featuring a large fridge/freezer, gas hotplate with 900mm electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and much more. The dining table seats a large group. Enjoy a barbeque and glass of Margaret River wine on the deck as you watch the sunset and listen to the bird life.

Margaret River Manor can comfortably sleep up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms with reverse cycle Air Conditioning. Perfect for summer and winter!

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washer (with laundry detergent) and dryer in Laundry should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

An oasis!

The house was lovely - renovated and clean with very comfortable beds for all adults. Plenty of space. The gardens were sensational and well worth a walk around to appreciate fully. The compendium was also a great source of activity & eating option information in Margaret River.

Stay in Margaret River Manor

Property in great location however we felt it needed a little tlc. The step down from the kitchen to the lounge area was dangerous and several of us missed the step as there was nothing to indicate the step. Also there was no lighter other than a cigarette lighter or matches to ignite the cooktop, both of which in our opinion are dangerous as you are too close to the ignition point. For the number of people that the house accommodated, we felt a third toilet was necessary. The supply of firewood was greatly appreciated and we made good use of it.

Best place I have stayed in Margaret River

Perfect place to stay with a group of friends. Driving in from the front gate to the house is beautiful and an unbelievable way to start a getaway. Double beds or bigger in every room. Right next to Yahava Coffee for a much needed morning pick up.
