We attended a conference at the Gaylord in Nashville. The Shelby suite was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking in the park just up the road. And several great restaurants in walking distance. It was clean and the snacks, coffee made us feel at home.

Great Stay

My husband and I just needed a little place to stay for one night in Nashville and it was the perfect little spot for us. It's a very short walk to a pretty nice Park area and a short drive to anything else or anywhere else you would want to go.

Great place to stay!

My sister and I spent 3 nights here and it was wonderful. The room and neighborhood are great. It is a nice and quiet location offering privacy during your stay. There is a great breakfast place within walking distance and everything else was a short Uber ride away. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Nashville!

Vrbo on Shelby Ave

Rudy and Meredith were excellent hosts! Communication was outstanding! We loved our quaint living quarters, and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Nearby Shelby Park was perfect for my husband and I to get our daily walk in without fear of traffic. We enjoyed our Nashville vacation very much!

So cute and cozy!

Came to Nashville for a concert at Nissan Stadium. Location was great, just a 45 min walk. House was so clean, cozy and the snack and drinks were such a nice touch! I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our long weekend. We spent a lot of time eating out so didn’t miss having a full kitchen. The kuerig and small fridge were all we needed for breakfasts.

Had a wonderful time by the park. House is in a great neighborhood. Fun place to eat and a park that is easy to walk to. Even played pickleball at the park just by walking up on a lark. The suite had everything we needed and easy to access. Comfortable and quiet.

Sweet dreams and great neighborhood. Super close to downtown and all the touristy amenities. However east nashville has a slower vibe with lots of great bars and restaurants plus shopping and luxury shops

Perfect space!

We stayed in Nashville for the 4th of July celebration! We were able to add a night with no problem and the owners are super nice people to talk to and deal with! Perfect space for the 2 of us to stay very close to downtown and east Nashville attractions!

SEC Tournament

This was a great spot for us to stay for the SEC tournament! Price was perfect, especially with all of the over priced hotel rates. The accommodations were perfect. Everything was clean, and they even had drinks in the refrigerator, snacks on the table & coffee the next morning for us. Highly recommend staying here!

Quiet and convenient stay in Lockeland Springs

We had a very comfortable and quiet stay (2 nights) in this wonderful neighborhood. It's walking distance to a large park and close to Lockeland Springs restaurants, coffee houses and bakeries. The host (Rudy) communicated well, and made us feel welcome. We appreciated the separate kitchenette area for coffee making, with refrigerator, microwave and small kitchen table. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.
