The Newly renovated home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool, bar, pizza oven, WiFi, fire wood, essentials & much more. The manicured garden offering a bomo, indoor & out door BBQ area's & loads of entertainment is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Spacious, 20 mins away from beach & wine farms. The GINSBERG home sleeps 6 comfortably & equipped to make your stay feel relaxed & at home. GINSBERG is a very unique and simple but modern home equipped to ensure the comfort of guests at all times. WHAT GINSBERG PLACE HAS TO OFFER: * Fully equipped spacious Scullery and kitchen with a gas stove & oven offering modern touches. There are loads of fridge space and cupboards. * Lounge and dinning area offers a 75" TV with netflix and Wifi through out the house. There is a xbox with games and board games. The 8 seater dinning room table gives you the enjoyment of the open plan feeling between the kitchen and bar area. * Bar and entertainment area with a inside braai/BBQ opening out onto the entertainment area with outdoor lounge seating, hammock, pizza oven, 8 seater dining space all over looking the pool to enjoy all conversation and entertaining. *The garden with a cozy seated bomo area lets you enjoy some bonfires and marshmallows on sun set evenings. * There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite full bathroom & a TV with netflix. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and the third bedroom offers two single beds. * Ginsberg place offers 2 bathrooms , one being en-suite to main bedroom. Ginsberg has inside secure parking , security and many amenities. We offer guests some refreshments to welcome you and ensure your stay will be a pleasant one.
