MASTER BEDROOM:
Furnished with a modern queen size bed (designed and made in Barbados) with other contemporary furnishings, this room has direct balcony access through glass sliding doors.

BEDROOM 2:
Furnished with a modern queen size bed with other bright contemporary furnishings. This room has balcony access through glass sliding doors, and fantastic views.

BEDROOM 3:
This room is furnished with two modern single beds and other bright contemporary furnishings.

LIVING AREA:
Open concept and modern. The living room is bright, contemporary and designed for relaxation. There is also a wall mounted flat screen TV with a sound system for your entertainment needs.

KITCHEN:
With high quality granite counter tops and a tiled mosaic back splash, the kitchen is fully equipped to suit all your cooking needs.

BATHROOMS:
There are two full bathrooms in the unit.

LOCATION:
This condo offers the most amazing views and is just minutes away from the best beaches, restaurants and shopping in Barbados.

MUST DO ACTIVITIES:
Local activities include the pool, the beach with the possibility to schedule snorkeling excursions, fishing, sailing and even surfing.

The Barbados National Trust arranges fabulous free hikes every Sunday.

For the golfers, there is the beautiful, world famous Sandy Lane course which is less than 5 minutes away.

We'd also recommend watching the frequent cricket and polo games on the Island. And a trip to the Garrison Savannah to watch the horse racing is certainly something to tick off the list.

For restaurants the world famous Cliff restaurant, Cliff Beach House and Scarlet Restaurant are just steps away. Keen shoppers should immediately head to 'Limegrove' in Holetown which is less than 5 minutes away and try the Lime Grove Bar, Lemon Grass and Pepernero Restaurants.


Lastly, be sure also to take a walk over to the fabulous food and craft market held at Holder's Polo field on Sunday mornings.

Hi! I'm Rodney and I will be your dedicated host during your stay here at the Beach View Penthouse #309.

I am an artist and designed the interior decor of the penthouse using local artisans and selecting the best quality furnishings. I am proud to be called a son of Barbados!

I am passionate about my country and really look forward to ensuring that you enjoy every aspect of your stay here. I absolutely enjoy meeting new people and you can be assured of that famous friendly Barbados welcome on arrival! I love giving guests one on one undivided customer service.

Rodney's apartment was more stunning than the photographs. The rooms were spacious, AC was excellent, lots of amenities in the apartment and very well stocked with supplies etc.The property is a 1 min walk to a beautiful beach. The property has everything you need for the beach-seats, snorkels, towels, cool box.There are pools available for use and not too busy.The restaurant, little coffee shop was also a fantastic asset.Rodney communicated constantly, giving itineries for restaurants, sight seeing etc. He was constantly available and so kind and helpful. He made our experience the best ever.

We had the most amazing stay at Rodneys place! The experience started months in advance with Rodney emailing or whatsapping us with recommendations of restuarants or activities for the family. When we arrived we even managed to get an early check-in so the kids could enjoy the pool. The complex is impressive but the condo is out of this world. Its huge, incredibly clean and the views are 10/10. Rodney is an artist and he had created such a welcoming space filled with incredible touches like local flowers and amazing artwork. Dont hesitate, just book it. We were so sad to leave not only the condo, but Rodney also who became more like a friend, without being overbearing!

We cannot praise enough and whole heartedly recommend this beautiful spacious vacation property and its gracious host, Rodney. It is beautifully furnished and meticulously maintained and has full access to the onsite amenities - pools, spa… Access to incredible restaurants and beaches are a walk, bus or taxi away! Rodney has fabulous intel on everything from where to go for fine dining, the best beaches, fishing …..Honestly we will be back and would stay nowhere else!! Oh and the sunset views from the covered balcony are spectacular!!

We had a lovely stay in Paynes Bay. Rodney was very helpful with information and booking cars, jet skis etc. The apartment is part of a hotel complex which is quite useful and the views are spectacular! The apartment itself is very well stocked and the air con is great too. Great base for exploring Barbados and swimming in the pool or sea with great snorkelling on the doorstep!

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing vacation and Rodney helped make that happen. He was always available to make recommendations and book meals and activities for us, both before we arrived and while we were on Barbados. Monique was also lovely and cleaned for us 3 times during our 2 weeks there. We will definitely be back as the apartment is great, the views amazing, and the location central to many things.

Pleasant visit to Barbados

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for 4 nights. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all the amenities we could want. The wifi was good and worked perfectly. The property was very nice and clean with a great pool and 24 hour security. The location is convenient to Holetown and it's many restaurants and shopping. Paradise!

Amazing time!

This apartment is absolutely fabulous. Four of us stayed here during the Barbados Food and Rum festival. We enjoyed staying in and lounging on the huge patio as much as we enjoyed going out to events. Great location on the West Coast. Close to Holetown and walking distance to several restaurants. The pool was wonderful - warm water and never crowded. Food from the Hut was delicious! Rodney was very helpful before and during our stay. He connected us to one of our favorite experiences - the catamaran cruise. I would definitely return!!

Beach view luxury

A fantastic holiday which was made by the quality of the property and the help of Rodney who runs the show. The apartment is developed to an extremely high standard in terms of furnishings and appliances and was impeccably clean and well maintained. It was a delight to see the extra treats that were left for us on arrival which made us feel at home immediately. The location of the property both in the complex of beach view but also generally on the west coast was ideal for the best beaches and restaurants. Rodney is the star of the show - nothing is too much trouble - dinner reservations, excursions, travel and entertainment - everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend the property and will certainly be returning again.

Better than we could have imagined

Beach View #309 is the perfect place to base your vacation. It is so close to the beaches and the restaurants. We had a great time spending our days on the beach or by the pool, and then relaxing on the deck! The views are even better than the pictures! Rodney was great to work with in planning our trip! He was helpful before, during and after. Rodney knows the island and was able to assist us in choosing the right beaches and places to eat. He even lined up our golf outings! Don't hesitate to book this property, It was perfect for our vacation. It was even better than we could have hoped. Outstanding Stay at the Beachview 309

Our stay was superb and communication with Rodney was 5 star. Before we even arrived Rodney was so helpful emailing us restaurant, bar, beach clubs, attractions and beach suggestions to make our visit the best! Upon arrival Rodney met us at the condo and gave us a tour of the beautiful property. The condo was stunning and spotless. Well prepared with everything we could need to stay in comfort. The view from the patio was the absolute best part of the condo. We could have sat there all day watching the ocean. Rodney had great beach toys and chairs available for a fun day at the beach. Pools on property were lovely. All in all it was one of our favourite trips to Barbados and we will be sure to be back and stay at 309 again! Thanks so much Rodney!!!! ❤️

Fantastic, contemporary penthouse - Splendid View, Relax & More! Immaculate and stylish with everything you need. Well appointed furnishings, full kitchen and perfect balcony for ultimate relax and sunsets. Several lovely pools on-site and easy beach access. Rodney, the manager, is beyond helpful, professional and amazing! He knows this island paradise, offering an abundance of excellent insider knowledge and guidance. The trip was definitely dazzling with his suggestions and active help.... he goes above & beyond!! We golfed at Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland Golf Club.... stunning views with generous fairways. Our family enjoyed a private sunset cruise/ snorkeling with the sea turtles/shipwreck - arranged by Rodney. Perfect way to end our charming week. Many fab ($$$) restaurants within walking distance or short taxi away. Just saying.... 1 week is not enough time to explore everything! The island is larger than most think.... so take extra time to visit the Southside eateries/shopping/surfing scene. Don't miss Friday Fish Fry at Oistins with local arts vendors. St. Lawrence Gap and Maxwell's Beach has many more casual dining options and local flavor. Perfect for families, girls' trips or couples.... it has so much to offer - with relaxation and sunsets premier!

It's a perfect 10

We had the most fantastic time at apartment 309. Rodney is definitely the perfect superhost. Due to Covid we have had to carry this holiday over from last year and Rodney was constantly in touch with us over the last 18 months and he fully prepared us on the protocols before our arrival. The penthouse is spacious with an amazing outdoor living room and a great view. It is fully equipped in every area - especially in the kitchen and an amazing range of toiletries in the bathrooms. The beds are extremely comfortable. Rodney is a very friendly host with a wealth of local knowledge. He never failed to get us booked into the restaurants & trips we wanted. The Bay View complex is lovely with 3 pools and all the staff made us feel welcome. Whilst we were there, it was our daughter's ( Ella ) 18th birthday - what better place to celebrate it . Rodney booked us on a Cool Running's catamaran trip which was great and even managed to rustle up a bottle of pink fizz and a card for her. Many thanks Rodney. We had some memorable times and meals at the Seashed Beach Bar , Nishi restaurant in Holetown and Pier One at the yacht club in Port St Charles. We also enjoyed the cocktails at the Drift Ocean Terrace in Holetown and dining out at several other restaurants. Barbados is a fantastic destination for a holiday and we cannot recommend Rodney and penthouse 309 highly enough. Everybody is extremely friendly. Thank you Rodney & Barbados for a great time. Simply Amazing!

From the very moment my vacation began until the end everything was simply amazing! Rodney was such a pleasure to work with and was an amazing host. With such a busy schedule and planning this trip with four other young ladies, details that I may have forgotten Rodney was sure to include in our many emails. Upon arrival we were picked up and greeted by O’Brien who was equally as wonderful in helping us with transportation anywhere we needed to go. Although there is a cafe on site we chose to stop at the grocery store to stalk up on essentials and snacks. Once we arrived to the condo Rodney was there to greet us with light refreshments which I was not expecting but once again such a warm welcome and kind gesture and provided a quick tour of the place. I thought the pictures I had viewed for months were beautiful but seeing everything in person and standing on the balcony with the perfect view of the ocean and pool took my breath away! There was more than enough space between the 3 bedrooms, main living room and large balcony area that we didn’t feel over crowded. The new renovations done recently with beautiful closets and new furnishings throughout the condo was was the icing on the cake for me. Rodney was also great suggesting and helping book reservations for activities around the island. The Mount Gay Rum tour and sunset cruise with cool runnings are memories I will never forget and made my birthday that much more special. Spa services from Tutch Spa also recommended by Rodney was another pleasurable experience. Kal and team created a spa like atmosphere right in our condo and the services were splendid. Dinner at Cin Cin which is less than 5 minutes away overlooking the ocean was another highlight and the food was absolutely amazing. I can’t rave enough about my experience. I’ve traveled to many places but can honestly say Barbados felt like home and place I will continue to visit for years to come. The people, the traditions, and the beautiful beaches I can go on and on. If you are looking for a place that is peaceful and beyond beautiful this is definitely it! I can’t wait to return. Beyond Expecation

Extraordinary island, extraordinary apartment, and a most extraordinary host. My wife and I flew from the States to this sanctuary on March 1st. Upon our arrival, Rodney met us at his penthouse apartment and cared for us like it was a 5-Star resort. Inside we were greeted with the best the island has to offer; it’s best chocolate, bread, coffee, rum, and an assortment of drinks and other edibles. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and extremely well appointed. Every room had fresh flowers from the island that were replaced weekly. My wife and I travel often using Home Away and AirBnB hosts. One of my pet peeves is when we have to supply the entire apartment with the necessities such as wash soap, toilet paper, etc. Rodney had everything available in duplicate. Even when we purchased something we thought we needed, we found the same product available somewhere in the apartment. Rodney doesn’t miss anything. He made every one of our dinner reservations at the best restaurants. Even when we procrastinated, he found us table. He arranged all of our transportation with Derek Skeete, a taxi driver (if Derek had a website I could write a book regarding his efforts, service, and care). When the washer stopped working, Rodney had people there the next day to fix it. Nothing was difficult and we were never inconvenienced. The view, the pool and the people at Beach View were friendly and exceptional. My wife and I planned this trip for 1 ½ years to stay for a month and we had to leave early due to the coronavirus pandemic. Rodney and I had long talks regarding how the pandemic would affect the island. He was more worried about his friends and the island as a whole than he was himself though he too would experience the wrath of this pandemic. When my wife and I were discussing leaving, Rodney offered to make sure we would be housed if we couldn’t get home (think about that…he knew us for a few weeks and he was willing to make sure we were cared for). I want everyone reading this review to plan a stay with Rodney Arthur and the people of Barbados. In light of the world chaos around us, I couldn’t have been more impressed with how Rodney orchestrated our stay. My wife emphatically stated….”we get a do over”. Choose Rodney.

This property is absolutely 5 star from start to finish! The decor is beautiful and very tastefully done,spacious with the most beautiful views of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the veranda just admiring them and watching the boats go past.The kitchen is amazing and so well stocked I actually don’t think we’ve ever stayed anywhere else that has a kitchen that had EVERYTHING you would need. And this apartment is immaculate- there was not an ounce of dust, dirt or even a fingerprint anywhere. The cleaners are fantastic! The complex itself is beautifully kept with lovely flowers and tress etc,and the pools are great,loads of sunbeds and a restaurant and snack bar. We spent a lot of time chilling there.The location is fab, central to get to all the beaches, restaurants and tourist attractions.Rodney is fabulous- he gave us lots of recommendations, things to do etc and nothing was too much trouble for him. He’s on hand for everyone and everything . Honestly this property deserves its constant 5 star reviews, it was amazing from start to finish and I don’t think we will be staying anywhere else from now on when we visit Barbados as it has set the bar so high for future visits! We Loved it!
