Spacious cottage near Stanford with AC

Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Suitable for two or three people on business trip, or a family of two parents and two children. Walk to University Avenue with many shops and restaurants. Very close to highway 101.

[The Space]
Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, safe and secure. The house faces San Francisquito Creek (no neighbor across the street). This is a guest house detached from the main house. Please refer to the floor plan picture for details. Private access for the cottage separate from the main house. The cottage is remodeled with contemporary style and expensive material. Concrete tiles and glass mosaic. Industrial woven vinyl floor gives the whole house a clean look. Modern furniture with ample seating. Fully functional and stocked kitchen. Large screen TV with streaming programs to entertain kids. High speed WIFI and two adjustable height work desk are ideal for guests on business. Casper mattresses with all cotton sheets would give you a good night's sleep. Please note the queen bed is in the room with kitchen, sitting area and desk. This means when people from the inside bedroom go to the bathroom, they will be going out of the bedroom and into the living area where the queen bed is.

[Guest Access]
Only the cottage. No access to the main house or backyard. Parking is shared with the main house on a first come, first serve basis. However, there is plenty of parking space along the street since there is no other house on the other side of the street.

[Comfort]
All cotton bedding suitable for people with allergy. Towels, bed sheets and comforters are washed after each guest's stay. Casper mattresses for a good night's sleep.

Enjoyed staying here. We thought the location was good and my daughter loved the bed. The kitchen was fine. The hot water supply could maybe be improved a touch, but it was adequate. Overall excellent.

Great location and very clean

Location was wonderful and close to Stanford and the restaurants in Palo Alto. Cottage was very clean and well stocked. Host was super easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

The "Cottage" is well designed and has everything you need in a short-term rental. Well appointed small kitchen with breakfast bar. Bathroom was clean with a shower stall and large vanity. Good internet and 2-desks for working. All relatively new and clean. Located in a nice Palo Alto neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. Host was great. Stayed for 14-days and will stay there again.

Great clean and quiet location close to town

The Cottage was perfect! Clean, so comfortable and the design and care put into it makes the small footprint live large. Very comfortable for three adults in our family. The kitchen has everything - even an InstantPot. Super close to town. We walked everywhere and hardly used our rental car. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage while dropping our son off at Stanford. The property was extremely clean and Tracy was very responsive and accommodating. The location was fantastic in an upscale walkable neighborhood. We walked to downtown Palo Alto for coffee and meals every day. We will definitely stay again!

Very nice little place, lots of amenities. Beautiful neighborhood. Full kitchen, but since we only stayed two days, we ate out. Dining options in area are very good. Our only issue was couch in bedroom instead of living room where the TV was.
