This home in Broadkill Beach overlooking the marsh has sunset views that will take your breath away. Enjoy a fun day on the beach (just a block from the house) and then relax on one of the decks or screened porch for an evening game or dinner. The owners have thought of all the conveniences when furnishing this comfortable beach house. This home will definitely be on your list for return vacations to Broadkill. Owner will do less than a full week in the off season. Ask your agent for details.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for details

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Amazing, Perfect for families

The place was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. The storage provided was so helpful. It was a short walk from the beach and had a lot of privacy and a gorgeous view. We would definitely stay there again. We stayed there with 3 adults and 3 kids under 6yo.

Much needed get-a-way

Lovely house, clean and in a prime location. Quiet neighborhood, minutes from the beach with wonderful view of the sunset over the nature preserves. Check in process was communicated well via email and on the app however not easy to execute, word to the wise arrive in the daylight!!

The Bare Necessities

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We started off with not being able to get into the house! Apparently, the cleaning people dislodged the remote signal for the lock. We waited for someone to come with a key. Just a mistake. The house was clean. The house is unloved. This is a house where people own it as an investment, but don’t care about it.Was very disappointed that we couldn’t see the nature reserve because of the overgrown trees blocking the view to the right. The whole purpose of staying on that side of the street is to enjoy nature!We were also disappointed that the only living room furniture was very soft couches with no support. We got so desperate for decent seating we brought in the plastic Adirondack chairs from the deck, found some old pillows from broken chairs on the downstairs porch and sat on them.Would we go back? No. There’s better choices of houses that are loved

Great location

We had a lovely stay, even with Isaiah blowing through the east coast. The house withstood the storm, minus a few screens that were blown off. The screened-in area on the second floor was probably the most popular spot for us. We ate every meal in there. The living area upstairs is huge and perfect for family time. The public access to the beach is just steps away, and the beach itself is not very busy. Acme and Walmart are about 20mins away if you need groceries. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to get takeout from, as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Very beautiful property! Lots of room with great balconies to choose from for sunset views

We were so excited to try a new beach and Broadkill Beach did not disappoint! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was brand new on the inside with lots of sleeping space for everyone. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and I watched the wildlife in the marsh with coffee on the screened in deck. I highly recommend this place!
