Scottsdale Guest Suite

This rental unit is 630 square feet and is located in a separate outbuilding from the main residence. The property is secluded and private yet located in the heart of Scottsdale. There is an unheated swimming pool, gas BBQ, and ramada that is shared with the Owners. The suite includes a kitchen with corian counters, a refrigerator, a 2 burner cook-top, convection oven (countertop model) and microwave. A separate bedroom with king bed and an alcove with a sofa/sleeper, queen size bed can accommodate 4 persons. A bath with shower(no tub) completes the space. There is also an outdoor sitting area with table and chairs. TV with cable. CD player and radio. Private Wi-Fi. No cleaning fee and no checkout "to do" list. There is a pet fee, $20 per pet. There is a car charging fee, $20 per day.

Peaceful and close to Mayo

Nice stay. Pictures do a good job of showing this private little home away from home. Nice area to walk the dog. Quick commute to Mayo Clinic and everything a person needs is nearby. Owner was easy to communicate with. Ground level entry was handy. Kitchen was handy. Set up nicely. Highly recommend if you enjoy the simple things in life. My kind of place.

Casita living

We stayed the entire month of March and had a wonderful time. Jeff’s property is beautiful with flowering desert flowers and beautiful lovebirds, quail and doves. The weather was very cool so no time was spent in the pool. The casita has a nice kitchen and we prepared a lot of meals. Jeff was a wonderful considerate host.

Lovely rental convenient to major Scottsdale sights

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a quiet location, easily accessible to main thoroughfares that got us to where we wanted to visit: Performing Arts Center, Old Town and delectable restaurants. Unlike many VRBOS we rented recently Jeffrey’s house had Cox cable television rather than just streaming. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room in the home. A very nice outdoor seating area for morning coffee and afternoon wine. Will definitely return!

first, they allow dogs, awesome! My boyfriend and I hit traffic and arrived much later than anticipated, and the owners were incredibly understanding. The place itself is super clean, looks just like the pictures, and had plenty of space. We had asked to check out late because I was taking a pre employment polygraph, and I wasn't sure when I would be done, and they were very accommodating of this too. Just an awesome place to stay! Thank you again!

My girlfriend and I stayed here during our annual trek to Scottsdale. It was perfect for us. We felt safe there and were very comfortable. It had everything we needed including wifi and is very conveniently located to all the areas we visit when we are in Scottsdale. It is well maintained. We love being able to make our own breakfast each morning instead of either eating out or suffering through a hotel breakfast bar. The owners are very responsive and gracious. I appreciate things like extra pillows, ceiling fans, a comfortable mattress and plenty of hot water. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. We will be back!

Quiet Location, Great Host

Visited Scottsdale for a family Thanksgiving and found this gem to stay at. Convenient to N Scottsdale and tucked away on a quiet street in the back of a large lot. Every thing you need coupled with a gracious host made for a nice stay. Jeffrey was on top of a small problem and remedied it with options. Highly recommend this property and host.

Lovely and Private guest home with beautiful landscape.

Private entrance and parking was lovely. Landscaping is beautiful. Didn’t take a dip in the pool but it was nice to have the option! Pet friendly was ideal for us, thank you to the owners for accommodating us and our pups. Clean charming and everything works. Will try to book again for our October Mayo appointments.
