The Villa Italia Residential is a newly built condominium located in Prado in prime neighborhood 200 meters from the sea and 1 km from the city center. The condominium consists of 4 houses and 2 chalet. In the common area has a large swimming pool (12.5 m in length) and the party room with churrasquiera and wood oven to make pizza. Each house also has a private balcony and yard so you can make your own barbecue there or for your pet. The chalet has combined living room / kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, balcony and yard. Accommodates up to 4 people.

O Antônio é muito atencioso, dá toda assistência necessária e te deixa muito a vontade. A piscina está sempre limpa e a área de churrasco é muito boa. Vale a pena.
