House by the sea with private area of 2000 m2. Ideal for families to rest in comfort, in the tranquility of Ferradura beach. The location is excellent, the house is cozy and bright, with direct exit on the sand of Praia da Ferradura. There are 6 suites, 1 toilet, dining room, living room, video room, full kitchen (no orange squeezer), swimming pool and staff facilities. All suites have split air conditioning and LCD TV with Sky HD signal. Suite 5 has a double bed with 2 single mattresses.

We had an excellent vacation at this house in Búzios and couldn’t be happier with our stay.First of all, we would like to highlight the great location, just steps away from the beach, which made everything incredibly convenient and enjoyable.The house structure is outstanding and perfectly suited for a large group. The well-equipped barbecue area and the swimming pool were definite highlights and comfortably accommodated our family of 11, making our vacation both relaxing and memorable.Last, but certainly not least, we would like to emphasize the kindness, customer-centric attitude, and goodwill of the staff. They were always attentive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay as pleasant as possible.We give our highest recommendation to anyone considering this house, whether for a family vacation or even for corporate events.
