Wonderful Place

The house was nice and clean, lots of beds and comfortable living space with a decent size swimming pool. Its a gated neighborhood and less than 30 mins drive to Universal, Disney and Legoland. I would love to stay at this place whenever i return to Orlando.

Lovely townhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely townhouse. It was beautifully decorated and was a joy to spend time in. This was our first time staying in champions gate. We liked the resort very much.

Spring Break fun

Easy rental for our family during spring break. Close enough to attractions if needed. We stayed out most days, not wanting to deal with crowds and traffic and this place fig the bill. Lazy days in the pool or walking the neighborhoods.

This was one of the most refreshing stays with VRBO ever for me! Everything was exactly as pictured (minus one lounge chair) but overall....this one is two thumbs up! I hope to be back very soon!

Nice place to stay. With a few small upgrades this place could be great.

Living room furniture was very uncomfortable. No clocks in the bedrooms. This is a four bedroom townhome and it was very ill equipped. We did enjoy our stay and loved the area.

Overall great place to stay

The booking, check-in, and check-out process was very easy. The neighborhood is nice, the gate process & security patrol made us feel very safe. The home is nicely styled and has everything you need during your stay. The cleaners did a terrible job before we checked in. The floor was filthy and desperately needed to be mopped. There was also a dirty sock behind a throw pillow on the couch. The couch and rug need to be replaced but all other furniture was nice and comfortable. Overall a great place to stay, just needs more attentive cleaning crew.

Amazing and can’t wait to come back !

Our family just stayed for 6 nights at this property and we enjoyed it to the fullest! The house was impecable and is exactly has showed online . The house is nears Publix and other restaurants and Disney parks . We did go to The oasis club and enjoyed the lazy river, kid splash area. As well as their pool . But overall I must say that having a private pool was convenient and our toddler really enjoyed herself for hours ! The only thing I would change is probably paying for the heating option bc even though the temperature did reach 100 degrees the pool was still cold , but it didn’t hold us back from getting in and enjoying ourselves . Overall the whole experience was amazing . The property manager was very helpful and nice, I do wish he could if responded quicker It did take him about 2 days to respond . We will be looking to book this property again in November with the whole family . :)

Nice house

Nice house, clean and modern. Very spacious. Down fault is that I paid for a heater that was never turned on. When I called to complain I was told they would send a tech the next day. Which is useless since it take a day to warm the pool and we were only staying for 2 days. They charge minimum 4 days for the pool heater so they should turn on one day before your arrival. Money was refunded but kids weee very disappointed that they couldn’t use the pool. Check in process was also not good. They are very strict at the front gate and only allow people registered to get into the condominium. I had sent an email a month before with drivers name and they never put their name on the list. They had to wait almost an hour to have their names added so they could go in. Other than that it was a great stay

Beware before renting this property

We rented the property with the intent of a family vac. Edy, the property mgr. is in charge of the property at 1556 Plunker dr. When we arrived at property we took our bags into the master bedroom to find a comforter with large stains and white substance and which appeared to be bodily fluids . We had to strip all off the bed linens and wash the sheets which no fitted sheets was supplied so we could sleep on the bed. We had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the property when Edy told us property cleaned prior to our arrival. The listing also has an enclosed private pool we could not use to to an infestation of bugs in pool due 5x5 pane missing in roof allowing insects to come in side. the screen door was also broken allowing insects as well the enter the enclosed pool. We sent pictures to Edy and she offered to have pool cleaned and window pane and and door repaired during our stay. She also offered a replacement comforter from the dirty and bodily fluid stained comforter that was on the bed when we arrived. We declined the offer for replacement comforter due to the fact she told us the property had been throughly clean prior to are arrival why would accept a possible dirty replacement. She also do not make good on her promises of fixing the windows, door and cleaning the pool via text messages when we sent her pictures. Our fam was trusting Edy of renting an accurate listing and clean property which was not the case. She offered to refund me $66 for our trouble.

The property itself is nice. It was decently clean, could of been cleaned a little better. You can tell the cleaners do a quick once over and move onto the next. Have plenty of amenities at the property. The clubhouse's pool is stated to be heated but during our stay it was not. Neighbors were a problem a couple of nights. Late night partying (2AM and later), loud music, drug use, ect. Not the most ideal thing to have next door when we have children. Next time I will book a house, not a condo.

This location is walkable to the Oasis Club which is a bonus. The furniture could be more comfortable and the pool chaise lounges need replacing. Kids enjoyed having Tv in each room.

Sparsely supplied. The kitchen dishes and pots/pans were put away as though they were clean but were dirty. Quality of furnishings is poor and not comfortable. Pluses were the location and community amenities. Communication with the property management was poor at best and did not receive check out information until a few hours after we had already departed so not all of their cleaning requests were met.

The property was very nice. Small things were a bother, missing bedding (that was fixed quickly), lack of kitchen basics (wisk, can opener, large skillet), but not that big of a deal. The house was tastefully decorated, clean, and they provided a nice amount of laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Our biggest annoyance was how loud the neighbors were. We completely understand that others are on vacation too, and want them to enjoy themselves, but we couldn't relax outside in the evenings (especially on weekends) because it was so loud.
