Disappointing

Location great, lounge area adequate. No heating not even a heater. 4 adults booked, aware own linen which means sheets, pillowcases, towels. Only one bed of 3 had a cover. One blanket for double bed and one for two single beds, luckily our adult children chose to stay with relatives. No hair dryer. Front windows so filthy and mouldy could hardly see out. For a small outlay this property could be pleasant as location great, rather than wishing we hadn’t booked there. These comments seem to be a repeat from 2018 so should be rectified by now. Very tired.
