It was so lovely to sit on the balcony right across from the water and enjoy the breeze and watch everyone going by.
The unit is a bit tired and could do with an update but the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy and the shower was good.
We also had access to a garage for our kayaks and bike so that was great.
I would definitely stay there again just for the relaxing vibe and great position within walking distance of some local eateries.

great views
great views, disappointed that fly screens in lounge and dining areas very old, torn and broken and have been for some time.Frame work holding blinds across patio door and window was half falling down.Bathroom could do with a revamp but overall not bad.
Had a nice 3 night stay .
Lovely view and quiet location . Reasonably clean and tidy although windows could have done with a clean .
Only negative was that unit didn't have a broom , dishwashing liquid , only 2 coat hangers and only 1 garbage bag and only one toilet roll .
The location of this property is perfect. Watching the sunset every night was just beautiful. The property reminded me of my grandparents house which made us feel really comfortable. Walking all our gear up the stairs was a little tiring but once your up and settled in and see the view it makes it all worth it. We will definitely Be staying here again. Loved it 10/10 😊
This property is in a great location. Close to everything you need. The property is clean and well maintained but could do with a little freshening up. We couldn’t use the grill on the stove as it had a lot of built up crud on it. Not a good place to stay if you have children. Too many rules and regulations.

Very relaxing position for holiday
The unit is very clean and tidy awesome views very comfortable. We have booked same unit for a number of years with no issues at all. Staff at First National are all very friendly and always deal with any issues immediately. A unit that you can be totally relaxed in and enjoy the views from the balcony with a glass of wine and some cheese.
The sunhsets are amazing across the water.

Booking in agent 10/10, Views 10/10, Location 10/10, Cleanliness 5/10, Apartment overall condition 7/10.
The Views were fantastic, no trees obstructing whatsoever, just clear water. The location was awesome, short walk to RSL, Bowls Club (lunch at bowls club was brilliant) , shops and jetty. Whilst I didn't allow the cleanliness to effect my stay, being welcomed by a dead cockroach in the toilet, used soap in the shower, dead flies and bugs over floors and a smell that could only be described as walking in to a musty old second hand shop was not ideal. The entire apartment is very dated, and in need of a really good clean (throw out all the useless old kitchen items, daggy old blankets, broken furniture) All being said and done, would I stay here again... YES!...... If the unit had air conditioning I would book it for 10 days for 2018 Christmas .... If the owners suddenly decide to install AC, please contact me, I would not hesitate in booking again.

Thank you for your review, we welcome all feedback so that we can address any issues our guests may encounter.
After investigation, it was found that the property had been vacant for some time prior to this arrival, we have since put in place a policy that all properties vacant for long periods have a pre-clean prior to any guests arriving. Also the cleaner who was allocated to this property is no longer in our employment. The property has also had a review and update in relation to utensils, furniture and fittings.
