Pleasant stay

It was a pleasant stay. It is upstairs, so not good for access. Property was clean, neighbours are nice. Park across the road and beach behind that.

Property in major disrepair

Unfortunately this property isn’t worth the money being charged. Of the two ceiling fans in the apartment, the bedroom one is broken and will only do a slow speed so it was ineffective at providing any cooling for my 8 month old baby and I. The pedalstool fan provided was broke as well. Even with all the fans going flat out, all the windows open and the ocean near by, it was still a sauna in the apartment. It was so bad we had to find other accommodations so the kids could sleep. There was also dead cockroaches in the cupboards and the floor was dirty upon arrival. Furniture was either broken or badly needing replaced. I recommend if you are renting this property, to bring fans and leave the kids at home!
