The 3 bedrooms comfortably accommodate 6 people. Two of the bedrooms have a queen-size mattress and one has a full-size memory foam mattress. a futon mattress and twin-size airbed are available as additional sleeping accommodations. The bathroom is adjacent to one of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a wall-mounted 32-inch flat screen smart TV with free access to Netflix. A 43-inch family-size smart flatscreen TV with free access to Netflix is located in the living room.

The entire 3-bedroom apartment is for your private use during your stay.

There is free access to Wi-Fi. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster.

Buffalo vs. Chiefs Weekend

We had a wonderful family weekend visiting from CNY to see the Bills vs Chiefs. We needed something affordable/comfortable for two nights in Buffalo. Even with this being an older place, it was clean and provided many comfortable areas for all. This place is close to Highmark and Downtown Buffalo. Ubers were very easy to get to and from our plans from this location! Thank you for your hospitality!

The location of this property was great for getting to the city and waterfront areas. In addition, Sergio communicates promptly. The property needs an update, fresh paint, cleaning of vent covers, door frames,etc. There are minimal dishes and drink ware. 4 or 5 glasses was it! Definitely a hodgepodge of items. We didn’t cook so I can’t address that. Towels were plentiful and clean as was bedding. Beds are not firm but that is subjective. We had an issue with the code to enter but communication was prompt and situation was remedied.

I Arrive with my family to the property at 5 Pm. We knocked on the door and nobody answered. I had to book a hotel in Nyagara Falls. We never return to the property. We were on a short two-day vacation. Thanks.

My friends and I stayed overnight to attend a concert at Highmark Stadium. The distance was perfect. The place was clean and decorated really nice. The bed smelled so good! Only thing is entering the building was very confusing. The instructions didn’t align with what I had to do. The code given to me wasn’t working. I had to call the host, he answered right away and told me the code which was different than what was given to me. He texted me the codes for later use as well. Other than that, it served its purpose. Thank you!

Got the job done!

We were in town for a show at the nearby Key Bank Center. As we were celebrating my wife's 30th birthday we utilized ride services quite a lot and found this location was pretty close to all our points of interest. There's also a grocery store a few blocks away which was very convenient. The owners of the property was readily available for any concerns we had and checked in periodically with us too!

Vrbo failed

This was the worse experience ever!!! Seriously doubt I’ll ever use VRBO after they allowed a property in that condition to be listed on their website , I’m left to wonder how exactly this works if anyone can just list their property on any site and no one monitors those properties on their websites , do they have knowledge of what conditions the properties are in??? I have pictures , videos and all the emails from the owner who on top of everything and else accused me on forcing myself in when it was just a clear mistake that was corrected within seconds , so he tried to use that as a comeback to me letting him know how displeased and extremely dissatisfied I was. Worse place for anyone to stay at.

Need some repairs

One of the light fixtures for the ceiling fan in the bedroom was hanging only by the electrical. The shower had in the bathroom had blue tape keeping it together. We also spotted a mouse inside the house and he help himself to some unopened candy that we had.
