North Shore Realty is the best holiday rental businesses I have ever dealt with. They were accommodating, provided excellent service and found me the perfect property. One minor maintenance request was resolved the same day. The apartment is in a fantastic location, very clean, on a quiet street - perfect for either a short or long stay. I had a really great experience with North Shore Realty and at this property.
The booking process and check in was very smooth via Sue - very pleasant professionalism. The property was good - we rate it a 4 star. A few little internal features require some maintenance. The BBQ auto lighter did not work. Fortunately our 14y.o son was able to work out how to access Netflix via his phone or that would have proven to be difficult to figure out. Well equipped kitchen except freezer is downstairs in the garage - but they are all minor complaints - overall enjoyed it a lot - 7 days just too short. Thks Coolum Holidays..
