The listing mentions stairs for the loft bedroom, but there was no mention of the other bedrooms and the bathroom. Walking in to the house is the kitchen and living room. Downstairs, more like a basement that was fixed up, were two bedrooms and a bathroom. It’s inconvenient whenever you need a bathroom you have to go upstairs or downstairs, there isn’t one on the main floor. We stayed in November so the weather was cold which probably caused mice to come in because there was droppings under the sink in the downstairs bathroom. Property manager responded timely.

An excellent stay!

We stayed here for the weekend and had a fabulous time. The cabin is spacious yet homey, with an outdoor deck that has a great view. One notable thing is that the property requires tenants to provide own linens. Absolutely would stay there again!

Summer White Mountains 2022

We have rented a quite a few different houses the Valley area and this is one of the best locations you'll find. Close to everything, great communication with owner, the perfect house for a large family. House was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Would love to stay again.

enjoying nature

The house was very clean and I loved that they supplied coffee and cleaning supplies. It was close to North Conway so we spent an afternoon swimming in the Saco River and going to Cathedral Ledge. The only thing to keep in mind is they don't supply sheets and towels. I have never seen that before in all the years I have rented houses but it was my mistake for not looking. We needed to scramble to Home Goods and buy sheets. Overall it is a well maintained home and we had a wonderful time.
