This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath Bayfront home was completed in October 2018. It is a large home with many amenities to offer. It has a large, covered north-facing deck overlooking Mobile Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway. This fabulous water-view deck has an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is also an outdoor sectional couch and is a great place to relax and enjoy the water views. There is an additional south-facing deck with great Gulf views. The Gulf of Mexico beach is located just across the street, and the sandy Bay beach is just out your back door. This well-designed home has 2 Master Bedrooms with King-size beds (both have walk-in showers, and also sliding doors to rear deck). The front-right bedroom (southeast) has 2 duo bunks, Twin over Full bunks. The 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed. For additional sleeping, there is also a built-in bunk bed, with 2 Twins, in the alcove off the main living area. There is also a television located in each bedroom. The beautiful Kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops, Shaker-style cabinets. a large island with seating for 6, and stainless steel appliances throughout. A double-walled oven, 36"" cook-top with hood-vent, and 2 refrigerators with ice-makers and dishwasher highlight this generous kitchen! Like all of our Dauphin Island vacation rentals, this fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for your stay. Additional information: The dining area has a wood dining table 9'4"" can seat up to 12 comfortably. There is a large kitchen island with additional seating. The Living Room has a sectional couch and a large 55"" inch television. This beautiful Bay front home is available for peak weeks and holidays. A floor plan is available in the property photos. As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog applies.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.

Great stay!

There was adequate room for all of us with a beachy atmosphere. Serenity Now is well placed with access to the beach and bay plus view of each so those who can't get to the fun can enjoy them.

Family getaway

The house and property was clean and well stocked. Stayed for 6 days and really enjoyed the island. Weather didn’t cooperate much but the house was cozy to spend time with my parents and my kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely & relaxing

Perfect place for our party of 12 ages 3-67. We enjoyed great weather & the beach every day, & saw more dolphins than we could count. Plenty of beds and baths for our group and all the things we needed for cooking. We have never been to Fauphin Island before & we will be back!

Ocean Views and Sounds

Our friends and us enjoyed awesome views from both the front and rear decks! Open the windows and here the surf and feel the fresh air blow through the house. February temperatures we're perfect in the upper 60s. We had a very relaxing stay!!

This home is perfect for a family providing plenty of space and privacy. The fixtures, furniture and appliances are all up to the minute, and in great condition giving us the comfort of home. Outside there are two spacious porches for a spectacular view of both the Gulf and the Sound sides.

Dauphin Island Beach House

This beach house was just what we needed for our extended family to enjoy a week at Dauphin Island. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Both front and back covered porches had plenty of seating and were great areas to relax when we wanted time off of the beach. The walk across the street to the gulf was easy and the road had little traffic which was nice.

Fabulous stay!

This was the best house ever! Two primary bedrooms that both had sliding glass doors to the balcony, walk in showers and the beds were great! The whole house was great! We had a balcony in front and one in back which was perfect because it got a little cold through the week and we could go to the other porch and still enjoy looking at the water! Just the best house and we really enjoyed the stay! And the property management checked on us and made sure things were going good! Would definitely recommend this house!

Perfect Getaway

We had a group of friends and family that thoroughly enjoyed this property! The only issue we experienced at all was the overall cleanliness of the home which is a shame because someone is paying for this home to be cleaned and it isn't being done properly. We all pitched in cleaned the home as well as we definately left it cleaner than we found it. Otherwise the home was beautifully and all that was expected. Perfect Location on the Island with amazing views from anywhere you were located on the property. Also had plenty of parking. We would absolutely rent here again.

Nice Place w/some deficiencies

Stayed a week with family in this pleasant house. It’s roomy, has a nice siting on the Mississippi Sound. Beds comfortable; bathrooms for each bedroom. House furniture badly needs updating. Dining chairs very old and uncomfortable. We found one broken one in a bedroom closet that we had to move. The outdoor furniture was way past its prime. Expected the chairs to fall apart whenever we sat in them. The outdoor grill was supposedly a selling point. However it was so filthy and greas laden,we passed on using it. Appliances are ok and AC worked well. Showers adequate. With a few upgrades this could be a wonderful vacation house. Hope the owners will show it some love and upgrade.

First of many stays at Dauphin Island

Got to the house before check in time. Rain was approaching. The house cleaner was gracious enough to let us unload things to the front porch. She made us feel totally welcome. After finishing her work she even carried some items upstairs. It would have been nice to have a lift. Enjoyed Dauphin Island and will be back in the future. Thanks to the office staff that promptly responded to my text. Internet left something to be desired.

Family fall vaca

Perfect for a family of 7 with 2 great Danes. We brought our own gates for the front and back porches and we're able to leave the doors and windows open for a great breeze. Easy access to both beaches and tons of beautiful sun rises and sets. We mostly ate in and the full kitchen was well equipped to handle our large dinners. The only con was the front loading washer had a bit of mold on the rubber seal, so hard to avoid with those types of washers. The manager was very quick to respond and bring washer cleaning tablets although it's hard to get those clean. We were very happy with how well we were cared for. Great place. Great experience.

Needs some updates

The home is starting to get really dingy. New towels, couch, minor repairs are needed. The kitchen could use some refreshing. But the really big disappointment was the outside furniture. Everything was wobbly and broken and seating was lacking on the front porch. I mean, if you have a good view, which is this home's saving grace, why would you not have nice outside furniture?

Spring Break at Serenity Now

The house is very nice and can accommodate a lot of people. Only downfall if there are a lot of kids they can't really hang out under the house or in the yard due to tall grass and no concrete or finished area on the ground. It would be nice to have a shower at the bottom of the stairs and a seating area. There is a decent beach to set up chairs down by the bay. Our dog loved it. Birds are everywhere...The interior was nicely done and the kitchen was set up for cooking. I brought a lot of my own favorite kitchen prep items, knives, tupperware, ziplock bags, paper plates, paper towels and soft toilet paper. Bring yeti cups. The appliances were filthy dirty oven (burnt bottom), air fryer (molded cheese on the bottom tray and wire racks dirty) and the inside of the washer smelled and had black mold on the rubber rim. Floor was dirty also. The cleaning crew needs to be fired. We brought pillows. Lastly the TV in one of the king rooms would not work. My husband could not find any local channels on the main family room TV. Location was nice, views were awesome and beds were comfortable. We took a trip to Fairhope to have dinner at Sunset Point by the marina. It was delicious and the view was nice on the outside patio area. There is no fine dining in Dauphin Island. It pays to bring a cooler of food with you for your stay. They do have a nice wine shop with craft beers and charcuterie items to purchase. They also offer lunch type foods and pets are welcome on the deck.

This vacation rental is in a great location. Bring everything you need as it is about 20-30 min to the closest dollar store and grocery. (One place on the island has few small selections, and very expensive!) The house is built beautifully! Not maintained to high standards. Biggest complaint is the cleanliness. Had to hunt for bath cloths with hair on them. Blankets and extra pillows were thrown on the floor of the closet instead of folded on the shelves in the closet. Didn't know if they were clean or not? No dish soap was provided. Kitchen supplies were very limited. Furniture needs tightening so be careful when you sit in DR chairs and outside. Porch was nice but furniture was in disarray. Bring a flashlight as the walk to the water is dark. Having said all of this... I would lay most of the blame on the house keepers as most of this could be prevented if someone held them accountable. Oh and bring your own pillows. Ask me how I know! Lol Hope this helps the next renters know how to better prepare! This could be a 10 out of 10 place if someone could maintain the property and clean it properly.

Great beach getaway

We were very pleased with the property. The management did very well communicating whether or not the property was available after Hurricane Zeta. When we got there, the island had a checkpoint and a boil water order in place since efforts to restore utilities were still underway. Even with these minor complications, we had an excellent time and the weather was beautiful the whole time we were there.

We were very happy with the house. house was in a great location and had alot of kitchen essentials. Bedrooms were setup well and the house was clean. The only problem we had was with the porch swing broke when we were using it because the anchor was rusted. Maintenance man came by and said he would get a new one to replace it and never came back to replace it.

Friends Reunion

Beautiful, clean home with nice views of the Gulf and bay, great place for 4 couples to spend a reunion weekend. We enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms, two with tubs and the two king size bedrooms have huge walk-in showers, all had plenty of towels. The kitchen/dining area is well stocked, thankfully, we brought an extra coffee maker/Keurig as there is only one at the house. Do get the suggested items the property manager sends you, there is a small grocery store on the island with very very nice people, but, very expensive. Only two very small inconveniences— not enough towel racks/hooks in the bathrooms and the “red” bedroom did not have anything with drawers, we had to keep our things in our suitcase. All in all very happy we stayed in Serenity Now and would definitely rent again!
