Great Location Near Shopping and Beaches

Can't beat the location in University Park. Quiet condo complex, easy parking in front of unit. Great screened in lanai overlooking pond. Unit is very clean and completely stocked to be able to cook and clean. Only downside is the unit is a bit dated in terms of appliances and decor but check in and check out was a breeze. We were able to go to Xfinity to get a modem to have internet for the month. For the price, location ease of everything, this was completely worth it and would stay here again

Nice location

The location of this condo has excellent golf course and wildlife views. Minor issue with setting up the internet upon arrival but owner handled it promptly.

Nice and Quiet

My husband and I rented this property for two months but left two weeks early because of the coronavirus scare. We were very pleased with the location, as it is close to many shops and restaurants and Hwy 75. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the golf course and bird activities we could watch from the lanai were great. Some updates in the bathrooms and kitchen are needed, but, otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
