House with: Great location, pool, barbecue, 3 bedrooms, 2 suites on the top (left) and one bedroom on the bottom, total of 5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, fans ceiling in every room of the house, garage with parking spaces for 4 (four) cars. street with 24-hour security cabin, house 150 meters from the beach, very quiet and very clean beach with kiosk (Oasís) right on arrival of the sand, situated in Balneário Parque Turístico (Oasís), 4.5 km from the center and with great trade infrastructure, in the center of the city a beautiful structure with fair of crafts and varieties with various points of typical foods, fast foods and amusement park all in one place, at the end of the waterfront a huge fish market, with fish brought daily by fishing boats, all very fresh and open every day from Sunday to Sunday. Several tourist attractions such as Barra da Una, Barra do Guaraú, Abarebebê Ruins, Juréia Ecological Station - Itatins etc ...

Eu, minha família e de minha comadre, gostamos muito da casa, super limpa, organizada, todos os utensílios de cozinha a nossa mão, extremamente igual ao anúncio, a piscina é uma delicia e a casa fica pertinho da praia, sem falar na atenção do proprietário João Jorge, todas às vezes que precisei falar com ele, prontamente me atendia, super atencioso e educado, com certeza vanos voltar mais vezes para a propriedade dele, obrigada e parabéns pelo capricho com a sua casa.

Gostamos muito da casa, realmente cabem 16 pessoas confortavelmente, os colchões estão em ótimo estado. Casa muito limpa, lugar tranquilo, próximo a tudo. Piscina maravilhosa!! Tudo lindo, voltaremos com certeza!!!!
