The property has h a large living area and balcony and is air conditioned s. The unit will sleep a maximum of six people. There is an ensuite to the main bed room and also a further bath and bedroom. a laundry is included. a fold out divan in the living area provides accommodation for two people. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary crockery and cutlery. All linen with the exception of beach towels is supplied . Two televisions with Foxtel are included one in the living area and the other in the main bedroom. The property includes 75% under cover secure parking and we are able to direct you to other free parking.
The resort also includes pool, kids pool, spa, sauna, gym, children's play room and half tennis courts. children will love the small amusement park with all its novelties and rides set up just across the road. The Beach house is situated right in the heart of Coolangatta opposite the main Coolangatta beach and has immediate access to shops and restaurants . Buses to the theme parks are available at the door.

You may be given an apartment at the side or back of the building with very little water views - water glimpses, little or no beach views. This should be explained in the comments. Transparency is required. Also there is NO allocated parking for the apartment = Secure parking is not guaranteed. Whilst some parking is under the building, it’s on a first in basis - getting one is near impossible. Staff at the resort are superb! Location is excellent, across the road from the beach, above restaurants and shops only a block away. Beach House Resort has good facilities too.
I would highly recommend this place as it has all your family needs and the resort has many activities like putt out I love the free fresh herb garden we can pick and use ,
The pools were amazing great for kids,

The property is very clean and tidy situated right across the road from the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. My family had a lovely experience with most staff courteous and helpful. The property is part of a time-share which should be stated on the listing as the unit you are given does not reflect the picture in the listing.
We had a great week staying at the Beach House Resort, the unit was very nice, in excellent condition, it felt very fresh and well looked after, the unit was well appointed with everything you need from the bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and lounge. And the location was perfect with everything within walking distance!

Great location, great apartment
Fantastic location, walking distance to everything. Apartment was perfect for family with everything you need, amazing views and ideal to watch the new years fireworks. Robert was lovely to deal with and followed up to ensure we enjoyed our stay, will certainly book again.
