Bright Studio with ocean views on North Pacific Beach, just 2 blocks from Turmaline beach, with great surf and beautiful sunset.
You will be on the 3rd floor of an elevator building recently renovated, clean, quiet and pleasant.
Full kitchen, with microwave, stove, oven and large refrigerator with separate freezer. Marble counter, plenty of cabinets. All utensils necessary for cooking, plus a coffee machine, a blender and a Juicer. Table and 2 chairs.
In the large room a combination of bedroom & living room, find:
Queen size bed with linen.
Large closet, (inside find an air mattress available for occasional guests and blankets).
A small desk and chair,
Sofa,
Coffee table
42" Flat screen TV with Dish TV over 200 channels.
The bathroom:
Marble sink in the bathroom and a full bathtub under shower.
FREE WI-FI and A/C.
Laundry room next to the apartment.
Building has 2 swimming pools, one hot tub for about 8 people, a small Gym, sauna and indoor parking.
Supermarket at the corner, French bakery in the same block, walk distance to Cafes, restaurants, banks, bars and shops in Pacific Beach. Very close to La Jolla shopping and restaurants. Also close to the night life at Garnet St. and Pier.
You have bus stop in the corner #30 that goes from downtown to La Jolla (UTC, UCSD), via Old Town.
This perfect location can please all kind of taste. On Pacific Beach Garnet St. is a great hang out for youngsters, and also has a variety of restaurants and stores. La Jolla is very well known for its charm and some of the greatest restaurants, bars and unique and upscale shops. A great Location and only steps to the beach. Easy drive to all attractions San Diego has to offer.

The Neighborhood

Pacific Beach is popular among the youngsters, very vibrant night life, also nice stores and restaurants. Easy to explore by foot. The beach is a must go at sunset, beautiful... bring the camera. Great Surfing scene, PB as we call it, symbolizes the California dream.
The area supports lots of small business, unique stores and restaurants, so there is a lot to see when browsing around.

In old town you can transfer to trolley.

A wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosana’s. The kitchen is very pretty and has all the amenities. The living room/dining room and bedroom area is quite roomy and the Murphy bed makes all the difference in giving you enough space. The location is wonderful with many interesting shops and cafes within walking distance and the beach is a short walk! Watching the sunset from our window was such a treat. The big window with the sun pouring in most of the day makes the apt very bright and cheerful. Nice pool, bbq area, hot tub and exercise room that we thoroughly enjoyed. Rosana was very pleasant and prompt with communication as well. I highly recommend this”gem” for a wonderful stay in San Diego!

Nice Studio in Pacific Beach

I just spent a month in this studio in Pacific Beach and I had a great time. The apartment is just like the photographs, and it is a small studio in the 3rd floor of a nice building. It is located in a very nice area of PB, just a few blocks from the ocean and near many restaurants, bars and shops. During the day there is some noice from a car cleanning business across the street, but at night the area and the building are very quiet. The assigned parking spot is very convenient, and the internet service is very good. I look forward to renting this place again in the future.

The best Homeaway you will find in San Diego

This is the best place for the money. The complex is newer, clean and quiet. You are assuming no risk by staying here. You will be happy instantly and want to extend your stay. The bed is comfortable and the neighbors (when I saw them) are friendly. You can relax by the amazing pool and jacuzzi.. it is even better in person.. Rosana is super friendly, responsive and has a good heart to help in any situation. Just no risk here at all!

gr8 property excellent location

We stayed at this property for almost 2 months. we started out by reserving it for 6 weeks but the property was in such a great location( close to Tourmaline for surfing, across a grocery store and just a stones throw from downtown Birdrock(La Jolla) w excellent amenities( pool , bbq) that we asked the owner(Rosana ) if we could extend our stay another 10 days. She not only said yes but called me to ask how things were going and if there was anything she could do to improve our extended stay. Of course, we said "NO" since everything had been great since our first day we checked in. If we decide to take another long vacation in San Diego/Birdrock we will make sure to check 2 c if this place is available FIRST!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Price is amazing for a long stay. If you compare other properties in the area you see it is a really good deal, in a perfect location and with enough space and amenities to make two guests really comfortable. Perfect for that extended vacation, where you will feel like a real Californian or for a business or school related sublet, so you can work and feel you are on a vacation.

What makes this property unique

Secure upscale building, plenty of amenities on site, walk distance to most errands and some entertainment. Very walkable. Shopping for groceries right next corner.
Good location and a nice open view. Very private and bright apt only 3 blocks from the beach..
