Located in the super exclusive Araby Cove neighborhood in Palm Springs. Nestled in the mountain above the valley floor featuring spectacular views and a dipping pool! Araby Cove is a historically exclusive community in Palm Springs and comprised of approximately 80 private homes. The neighborhood is nestled in the rocks of the mountain with amazing views of the valley floor. Araby Cove is known for perfect views of nightly sunsets, wildlife spotting, and pristine desert landscape. You are a 5-10 min drive from anywhere you need to be in Palm Springs. You can bike to Downtown or the ACE Hotel. It is a short drive for a day trip to Joshua Tree or Coachella!

Our house is a classic Palm Springs bungalow. Light and airy but gives you all the privacy you could ask for. We have outfitted it with modern amenities but kept the originality of Oldschool Palm Springs in details like the 1950’s fridge and stove.

The Araby House has 2 bedrooms with king size beds, super clean bathroom, a bright living room, open kitchen, dining table for up to 8, and a gorgeous backyard with a dipping pool and great views of the cove.

This is a place to chill. Relax. Read. Reflect. No ragers. Mature and responsible renters only.

Quiet getaway

House is in a quiet and charming neighborhood of PS - nestled up against the mountains. Very clean and comfortable house with lovely views. Loved the stock tanks! Highly recommend.

I am super clean, 30, and originally from Palm Springs and Orange County, CA. I have been here in NY for over 10 years and have worked at some of NY's hottest restaurants. I graduated from the University of California, Irvine in Biology and was Pre-Dental. I am a surfer, snowboarder, and cyclist. I now own a cafe in SoHo called Summers. Also have a bar in Bushwick called Father Knows Best. Along with a CBD line called Birds of Paradise.

I had the great opportunity to study physics at the University of Sussex in the UK for 4 months and travel all around Europe. I have also traveled to Korea, Japan, Egypt, Israel, Mexico, Canada, Nicaragua, Cuba and driven across the US twice. My next travels will hopefully be some South East Asian Countries, Australia, and Greece. Because I am half Chinese, I guess China should be on that list too!

Why they chose this property

I grew up in Palm Springs and really love the desert. That is what drew me to this space. The energy of the mountains radiates down to the property and good vibes are felt the minute you are in the area.
